Suwolgyeonghwa sits on the 4th floor of a red-brick building across from the Gudeokpo tunnel in Songjeong, behind Songjeongjip. Parking is double-parking style in the building's 1st-floor piloti lot, and once it's full you'll need to use a nearby paid lot.

Step inside and beyond the calm hanok-style space, Songjeong Beach opens up wide — a real Busan ocean-view café.

Sitting by the window sipping tea, the Haeundae beach train passes right outside — the scene looked like a painting, perfect for getting that once-in-a-lifetime photo.

At Suwolgyeonghwa we ordered the Dalbodeure dessert box, Hyeonwol Hojicha, and the signature Hojigabae.

The 'Dalbodeure box' we ordered for dessert was so pretty the moment it arrived that I couldn't help snapping photo after photo.

It was packed with K-desserts blending tradition and modernity — financiers, black rice sulbbang (steamed rice bread), monaka (wafer-shell sweet) — so much fun to pick and choose.

We paired this pretty dessert box with 'Hyeonwol Hojicha,' and the combination was absolutely fantastic!

The rich sweetness of brown sugar blends with the toasty character of hojicha (roasted green tea), spreading a luxurious flavor through your whole mouth. Even tea newcomers would find this one universally likeable and delicious.

Suwolgyeonghwa's signature 'Hojigabae' was excellent too.

Even with cream on top of the latte, it wasn't heavy or overly sweet, so it paired cleanly with the desserts from the Dalbodeure box.
