My hair had been neglected for way too long while I was buried in real life, ㅠㅠ so I finally took a day off and made a big decision to go to the salon! Honestly my hair is super~~~ thin, and I also have prominent cheekbones plus a square jaw, so I've always had a lot of limitations with hairstyles.. So even after going to salons I often ended up unsatisfied, but ever since I met Head Designer Lee Seo, my success era has begun 🎵🎶

Before shampooing, I went into a consultation with Teacher Lee Seo first. My hair was chest-length and semi-curly, with frizz as a bonus.. ^^ Traces of a perm from a long time ago were still left at the ends. You can bring a photo of the hairstyle you want, or just describe it in words like I did — she understands perfectly either way, so no need to worry haha
She consulted with me carefully, tailored to my face shape, head shape and hair, which made me trust her even more. I looked at various sample photos while getting an explanation of today's treatment. I decided on magic setting + root perm + clinic treatment for a medium-length layered C-curl perm!
How the layered C-curl perm was done
She rolled the roots first. Eating green tea and cookies while people-watching outside and spacing out... healing time...
In the middle came the shampoo process..! "Is the water temperature okay?" "Yes~" (utopia..😌) Her hand pressure was genuinely amazing.. ㄷㄷ The shampoo was so refreshing and nice!
Back at my seat, refilled tea and snacks. I eat well, don't I..? ㅋㅋ The cookies were so delicious.. They also took care of my hands with moisturizing gloves? a hand pack??
She set the C-curl at the bottom,, honestly at this point I looked so ugly I got a little suspicious ㅜㅜㅋㅋ this is going well, right..? (anxious)
The finishing clinic treatment and massage chair
Finally, she neutralized the perm and did the clinic treatment. The product used for the clinic treatment was the famous Amos! After a perm, hair can get drier, so she did the finishing clinic treatment thoroughly.
Wow, but there's a massage chair here.. Was I the only one who didn't know something this good existed..? Getting a massage while doing the clinic treatment, I didn't want to get up. Just a little more.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Side volume after the root perm: the results
While blow-drying, she showed me an easy way to follow along at home. Can you see how the previously flat side of my head became puffed up with volume just 5 seconds after blow-drying!!! This is honestly the first time volume has filled in like this after a root perm. It was crazy x100 fascinating.
Please forgive me for doubting for a moment. I don't usually take selfies,, but I kept taking them anyway haha
When heading home, she also gave me a small hair clip and hair roller as gifts. It really touched me ㅠㅠ ... Everyone was so kind that even an extreme introvert like me could get the treatment comfortably.
