Salmon poke, 13,500 won: cube salmon over grain rice

Salmon poke (₩13,500)
The salmon poke at Ola Poke Samseong Branch comes with salmon, corn, red onion, chickpeas, and lentils arranged by color over grain rice, plus pickled beets — a bowl that brightens up the whole table just by itself! The sriracha sauce comes in a separate little dish, so I could taste the ingredients on their own first and then adjust the amount of sauce to my taste!

The salmon wasn't thinly sliced but cut into cubes, so you really get that bite of salmon in every mouthful.
The crispy topping sprinkled on top contrasted nicely with the softness of the salmon, haha.

How does the sriracha mayo taste?
Once I poured on the sriracha mayo, the orange, creamy sauce soaked into the salmon and grain rice, deepening the color. It felt more savory and slightly tangy than spicy!
Mixing everything together and taking a spoonful, the pop of the grain rice, the sweetness of the corn, and the crunch of the red onion all came through together with the salmon in perfect balance. Personally, I was most satisfied that thanks to the lentils and chickpeas, this stayed filling for a long time even though it's a salad, haha.

Seating and self-service bar: is Ola Poke Samseong Branch good for solo dining?
The self-service bar has paper cups, forks, spoons, and wet wipes, and you help yourself to whatever you need.

There are stainless steel bar seats facing the kitchen, and 2-person tables by the window. The bar seats were comfortable for solo dining, and the 2-person tables were great for having lunch with a coworker, haha. It felt like a place suited to both solo lunches and lunch meetings for Samseong office workers.

Naver receipt review event: a free Pepsi Zero
They're currently running an event where you write a Naver receipt review via the QR code at the counter and show the screen to staff, and you get a can of Pepsi Zero 210ml from the drink fridge!
