Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong is a must-stop dessert spot whenever I come to Cheonan! Last time I went on a weekend it was full so I got takeout. So this time I went on a weekday — and it was packed even then..? Hahahaha. Managed to snag the last one seat left inside,, hahaha
Finding Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong and where to park
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a café with a clean black exterior on Meokgeori 9-gil. There's outdoor terrace seating too.
When I searched navigation to go again, two Brewers Coffee locations popped up? I went to Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch! Seems like they opened a second one because the first was doing so well haha
No big signboard, but everyone knows and comes here anyway — that kind of vibe-and-dessert spot haha
For parking, use Sinbu Public Parking Lot No. 4 right next to the café, or Sinbu Public Parking Lot No. 5!

Even on a weekday afternoon, Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch's interior had exactly one seat left. The dessert showcase by the entrance was, once again, packed full of baked treats.

That day at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, we ordered an iced Americano, Brewers Coffee, vanilla canelé, salted choco financier, vanilla macadamia financier, and salted choco chip madeleine.
Turns out most of what I picked was salted desserts haha, consistent taste as always haha
Salted choco financier
I'd had the salted choco financier before, but the sweet-and-salty combo, crispy outside and fluffy inside, is exactly my type, so I ordered it again!haha It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say I came back just for this,, hahaha
Vanilla canelé
Vanilla canelé is another one I'd had before! Super crisp outside, soft and moist like pudding inside — a dessert with amazing texture! After trying the canelé here last time I got obsessed and went on a canelé-only streak for a while haha
Salted choco chip madeleine
The salted choco chip madeleine has a salt coating with really rich choco chips — another sweet-and-salty dessert! The inside was soft too!
Vanilla macadamia financier
A financier with subtly sweet white chocolate and crunchy macadamia bits! This one was so good it made me want to move to Cheonan haha whew
Brewers Coffee with almond cream
Brewers Coffee tasted a bit like a caffè mocha, but the difference was almond cream instead of regular cream! It said to dip the baked treats into the cream, but by then I'd already devoured all of them haha. Definitely dipping it next time,, sugar recharge fully complete in Cheonan! 🎶😽
