Café Meolmeol, fresh-looking from the outside with its blue and yellow harmonizing. We visited on a weekend and booked ahead through Naver Reservation. There were quite a few people picking up takeout too.

What Meolmeol Pangyo looks like in the early evening
The interior has a cohesive look too! We came at a slightly early evening hour so there was plenty of seating and it felt nice.

There are flowers scattered around and cute, colorful little drawings too. The chairs are all slightly different colors, and these mismatched props and chairs come together to create a charming, upbeat mood.

Even the water has lemon and herbs floating in it, so you can drink it almost like detox water. And instead of a napkin weight — a lemon!

The terrace facing the children's park: good with kids
It's finally the weather for sitting out on the terrace. Terrace season!! The bright yellow tables pair beautifully with the fresh green leaves. And since there's a children's park right in front, it's perfect for letting kids play out front and then grabbing a snack or a meal afterward! Moms and dads, you know exactly what I mean…?

Having fresh flowers on the table was such a nice touch. We sat at a round table.

You order and pay using the QR code on the table. Using the Baekhyeon-dong public parking lot gets you one hour discounted, but they don't handle building parking. Men's restroom is outside, women's restroom is inside the café. There were also various notices, like a 1-hour-20-minute seating limit if there's a wait.
What's on the Meolmeol Pangyo menu

Café Meolmeol's menu. Milk foam latte, vanilla latte… ube latte and more catch the eye — I had the raspberry matcha latte last time and it was good. If it had been morning, I probably would have ordered pancakes, but we stopped by for a light snack this time, so we ordered a drink each, plus the salad, truffle baby potato fries, and dujjonku. The open sandwich I had before was tasty too! It seems like they've also expanded their pasta lineup compared to before.

Drinks: milk foam latte, vanilla latte and fresh-squeezed orange juice
- Milk foam latte ₩6,000
- Iced vanilla latte ₩6,500
- 100% fresh-squeezed orange juice ₩7,000

Orange juice topped with a slice of orange. The orange itself looked fresh and clean, and true to being 100% fresh-squeezed juice, it wasn't too sweet, so I could give it to my kid without worry.

Endive salad and truffle baby potato fries at Meolmeol Pangyo
- Endive salad ₩19,000
- Truffle baby potato fries ₩10,000

The baby potato fries are a limited item! Feels like one of Meolmeol's signature dishes. This, along with the napa cabbage bacon salad, was something I'd been wanting to try at Meolmeol. My 5-year-old thought they were just long french fries and asked for them but didn't eat much, though I found them absolutely delicious.
Kind of like sour cream~~~ the sauce goes so well with the crispy-outside, tender-inside baby potatoes!! The endive salad had jamón, peach, and endive with a layer of raspberry yogurt underneath — a whole new flavor of salad.

Review-event earl grey lemon bingsu and the dujjonku cookie
The earl grey lemon bingsu (shaved ice) I got for free through the review event? It's mini-sized, but perfect as a palate cleanser. The dujjonku, on discount at an unbelievable ₩3,200, was such a great price that I wanted to stock up on it — Café Meolmeol left me wanting more.
