That day I wanted something with bright acidity, so I carefully asked staff for a recommendation. They suggested the Colombia Villa Clara watermelon filter coffee, so I ordered it right away.

This coffee is made through a special anaerobic fermentation process with watermelon added. Tasting it, I picked up a subtle hint of black tea and lemongrass, along with the sweet, juicy sense of a perfectly ripe watermelon.

Just like the description promised, from the very first sip it was full of a distinctive, appealing flavor — I was hooked!

Basque cheesecake with cream sauce

To go with the delicious filter coffee, I also ordered the Basque cheesecake I'd been eyeing in the showcase — and it was genuinely soft!

The texture — dense yet melting away in your mouth — was outstanding, and paired with the soft cream sauce served alongside it, the combination of flavors was perfect.

The tangy, bright watermelon filter coffee and the sweet, soft cheesecake matched so well together that I enjoyed every last bite.
