Hippy is a Jeonpo-dong dessert café on the 1st floor of 12 Dongseong-ro 25beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busan. It's open daily 11:00–22:00, with last order at 21:30.

Inside Hippy: wood-toned room and the 6-person table

Walking into Hippy in Seomyeon Jeonpo-dong, the wood-toned furniture immediately caught my eye.

Overall it's upscale yet calm and cozy, with that emotional, soft vibe that people in their 20s love these days — genuinely great for photos too 📸✨

Green plants are prettily arranged around the café, which was easy on the eyes and made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

And there's actually a generous 6-person table set up, which would be perfect for visiting as a big group of friends!

Hippy in Seomyeon Jeonpo-dong is a dessert spot specializing in cream pies, bread pudding, and crepe roll cakes!!

They make the desserts in-store every morning, following a same-day made / same-day sold principle! Besides cream pies, they've also got a variety of pound cakes and meringue cookies ready, perfect for a light pairing with coffee haha

Today we ordered the sweet corn cream pie, the Mont Blanc chestnut cream pudding, and an americano.

Is Hippy's americano sour? Generous pour, no acidity

A lot of people really care about how the coffee tastes when eating dessert, right? Same for me — if the coffee's bad at a dessert café, I'm genuinely disappointed. But Hippy's coffee is so good!

First off, the coffee portion is generous and satisfying, so that's a pass right there. It's got a heavy body and mild flavor, and best of all, no sourness — totally my style!

Sweet corn cream pie at Hippy

🌽 The sweet corn cream pie truly lives up to its name — it's absolutely packed with cream!

This is exactly why people go crazy for cream pie~! Cream pie~!! It's an insanely delicious must-try menu item ㅠㅠㅠ

First off, the pie crust itself is seriously crispy — the texture is amazing.

On top of that crackly pastry crust is a moist, soft corn-flavored cream, generously filled in — and with every bite you get little bursts of corn kernels along with a sweet, nutty flavor that's genuinely delicious!

If you love corn, you have to get one pie per person!!

Mont Blanc chestnut cream pudding at Hippy

🌰 The Mont Blanc chestnut cream pudding — this one's really delicious too. The texture is a bit dense yet soft, and the first bite made me think, wow, this is like a fancy version of Barambā (a Korean chestnut ice cream bar).

The chestnut aroma spreads intensely, and it's moderately sweet, so I kept eating it right to the end without getting sick of it!

If you love chestnuts, I recommend this one too haha
