I was out in Goyang and wanted some good bread and dessert, so I stopped by Baedagol Bakery House.

What kind of café is Baedagol Bakery House?
Baedagol Bakery House is a bakery café in Wondang, Goyang that opened in December 2024, selling healthy, tasty bread and desserts and drinks made with seasonal fruit. The space is spacious and well set up with parking and amenities, so it's great for family visits. If you've been hunting for a big bakery café in Goyang lately, this one's worth keeping an eye on.

Parking and the outdoor garden seats at Baedagol Bakery House
What I liked first about Baedagol Bakery House was how easy parking was. About 10 cars can park in front of the café, and there's a separate dedicated lot across the street that fits over 40 cars. The lot is so spacious that even on busy days like weekends, parking shouldn't be much of a worry.

Along with the indoor space, there's a generous outdoor area too. Outdoor seats are scattered around a garden-like space, so on a nice day it'd be great to relax outside with bread and coffee.

Baby chairs and 1st- and 2nd-floor seating for visiting with a child
The Baedagol Bakery House building goes up to the 2nd floor and has quite a lot of indoor seating. There's a variety of table types and group seating too, so it seemed like a fine spot for family gatherings or meetups with several people.

Amenities like baby chairs are well provided, so it looked comfortable to visit with a child. Among Wondang cafés, this one seems to suit people looking for a place that's easy to visit as a family.

Bread selection and seasonal fruit menu at Baedagol Bakery House
Baedagol Bakery House had a wide range of baked goods. Basics like salt bread, croissants, mont blanc, campagne, ciabatta, and loaf bread, plus cakes and more, were all on offer. With so many kinds of bread, it was fun just picking what to get. True to a big Goyang bakery café, just browsing took quite a while haha.

They also sell seasonal menu items using fruit like strawberries or melon depending on the time of year, so you can probably expect a slightly different lineup on each visit.

They're running an event where you get a free bread just for leaving a Naver review — pretty generous!
How the sausage danish, orange roll cake and strawberry latte tasted
We picked the sausage danish and the orange roll cake, and ordered a strawberry latte and iced decaf americano to drink.

The sausage danish combines crispy danish pastry with sausage, so it was hearty and filling. With the salty sausage added to the bread, it worked well as a snack and could even stand in for a simple meal.

The orange roll cake had a soft roll cake base with a refreshing hint of orange, so it wasn't heavy to eat. It'd suit people who like sweet bread but find overly rich desserts a bit much.

We also ordered the strawberry latte, and strawberry drinks really do go well with bread. I always like to have an americano alongside bread at a café, so I got the iced decaf americano too, and it was a clean way to finish things off.

Why Baedagol Bakery House is worth it in Wondang, Goyang
Overall, Baedagol Bakery House has spacious indoor and outdoor areas with a range of bakery items and seasonal desserts, making it a comfortable place to relax and spend time.
