In short
Juno Hair Gwacheonchungsa Station is a hair salon in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi, right in front of exit 11 of Jeongbu-Gwacheon-Cheongsa Station. I've got seriously over-damaged hair — loose perm texture plus bleach plus constant tone-down coloring plus daily heat styling — so I get a clinic treatment every single month. I went in this time just planning on a simple clinic, but I walked out having gotten a personal hair consultation matched to my face shape and recommendations for what treatments to do next. ALL the care. I left so satisfied.
I really want to introduce this place to you all with confidence. It's Juno Hair Gwacheonchungsa Station, located about 10 seconds from Jeongbu-Gwacheon-Cheongsa Station.

This Gwacheon hair salon is super easy to find — it's the building on the left the instant you come out of exit 11 of Jeongbu-Gwacheon-Cheongsa Station. It's on the 2nd floor of the Starbucks building.
For parking, use the Jeongbu-Gwacheon-Cheongsa public parking lots (Grace Hotel, roadside behind the fire station, Lex Town, in front of Jungshin Church) — just note it's paid parking.

The vibe inside and first impressions
I liked that the price list was displayed transparently right at the entrance. You can feel how pretty the interior is from the moment you walk in — I was full of anticipation.
The inside of the salon was really spacious and comfortable. The floors were spotless too, and the orange accent interior felt upscale.

I'd booked ahead through Naver Reservations, so I was seated right away with no waiting. My designer for the day was Dohee! There were individually locking cabinets too, so I could safely stash my valuables.

Maybe because the salon is so big, the seats are spaced out really generously. It felt like a 1:1 private studio. The lighting was bright too, and with the huge windows it felt open rather than cramped.

Since it was my first visit, I filled out a consultation card and was given a welcome drink! I've gotten coffee plenty of times during treatments, but this was my first welcome drink haha — a nice cool rooibos tea. Being treated like that made me feel really good.

Choosing a clinic — going with Classic
This is what my hair looked like beforehand. Even with a monthly clinic and slathering on essence oil, it's hard to keep up with daily heat styling plus loose-perm texture.
There were several clinic options, and designer Dohee kindly explained what made each one different. Between Premium, Special, and Classic, I went with the most basic Classic clinic. She wasn't pushy at all and explained everything in a way that never felt awkward.
Shampoo and applying the moisture-type clinic solution
Before the real clinic treatment, they gave my hair a thorough shampoo first. You can get the clinic lying all the way back at the shampoo station, or sitting up outside — I did it sitting up since I needed to take photos! For tired office workers or anyone wanting a proper relaxing moment, lying down would be great too.
They applied a spray-type moisture clinic solution first. Sometimes water-type spray clinics sting your eyes or nose from the particles, but at this Gwacheon hair salon it wasn't uncomfortable at all.
And honestly, I had no idea going in, but sitting right in front of me getting a clinic treatment was Lee Ji-hyun from Jewelry.. I genuinely wondered if I was dreaming — this turned out to be the salon that appeared on Seo In-young's YouTube channel as Lee Ji-hyun's salon.. and it was right near my house.... Even without any celebrity treatment shortcuts, they worked really thoroughly and carefully. And she was so pretty I kept sneaking glances....... I'm a fan...
Next they carefully applied a cream-type clinic solution. Designer Dohee's touch at Juno Hair Gwacheonchungsa Station was really delicate. She also shared a lot of useful info the whole time — she even read the back of the home-care products I use and told me which ingredients were bad and which ones I should look for.

After applying everything, they used a mist machine and let it sit for a while. This salon uses disposable waterproof capes — I liked that it felt hygienic. I'd already had the welcome drink, but during the treatment I also got iced Americano and snacks! Maximum hospitality.

Scalp therapy in a massage-chair shampoo room
The finishing clinic step happened in a different shampoo room, and here the shampoo chair is literally a massage chair!! It was also a private space just for me, closed off by a door. Getting a hair clinic while getting a massage.. this is basically royal treatment, and I think especially tired office workers would love it. Designer Dohee being so kind and attentive made it even better!
Instead of rinsing right away, they did a second steam treatment. During this, scalp therapy happened too — Dohee noticed how stiff my shoulders and neck were and, clearly a bit shocked, put a warm hot towel on my neck. Add aromatherapy on top of that, and with warm head + warm neck + aroma scent + massage chair + dim lighting + quiet space = it felt like a Southeast Asian massage.. I came in just for a clinic and left feeling like I'd gotten a full spa treatment.
I really loved it so I'm rambling — it was genuinely that good.
When I got up, she kneaded my shoulders a bit more. Living the pampered auntie life.

Back at my seat, they sprayed on a scalp ampoule. I have atopic skin so my whole body tends to be dry, but thanks to the scalp ampoule, flaking didn't show up for a long time!

A personal hair consultation for side cheekbone and jawline concerns
When I mentioned that my side cheekbones and jawline were my concerns, she went all in on a personal hair consultation matched to my face shape. I usually wear my hair long and only wave the lower part with an iron, but somehow there were days it made my jawline look heavier.
Turns out my face shape absolutely needs volume at the sides. Instead of curling only the bottom into C-curls, adding side volume actually complemented my face shape and suited me way better than my usual styling. When I asked how she got that side volume, she kindly showed me in slow motion. Honestly, designer Dohee deserves an award from Juno Hair...

Adding a side-bang and fringe cut on the spot
Throughout the clinic, Dohee's skill and consultation impressed me so much that I ended up getting a side-bang and fringe cut on the spot too. She checked everything — whether I usually tie my hair up or down, how I normally style my side-bang wisps — and cut it to match exactly.
Whenever I tie my hair up, the sides always end up looking empty, and I'd just accepted that as normal. But Dohee made it so the sides don't look empty anymore, and even showed me how to style my fringe.

How long did the Classic clinic results last?
Honestly, the most important thing is how well the clinic actually works, right? Even though this was the Classic clinic, the results were this good. My hair turned shiny and glossy, hardly believable that it's bleached hair. If you've gotten clinic treatments a few times, you know the effects usually don't last long — but quite a while has passed since this visit, and my hair is still staying smooth and bouncy.

They also sell premium hair products separately, in case anyone's interested!
Why I recommend this Gwacheon hair salon
My angel, designer Dohee, even sent me off with treatment product to take home.. I loved the clinic results, but personally what satisfied me even more was the personal hair consultation matched to my face shape — what perm to get next, how to manage my fringe, what drying style suits me, even how to pick home-care products!
She never treated me like just another customer — you could really feel how genuinely and thoroughly she put her all into everything, which made me so happy. With the gorgeous Lee Ji-hyun as director, plus designer Dohee who's skilled, kind, and whips up Instagram-worthy hair like magic hands — this is my strong recommendation for a Gwacheon hair salon near Jeongbu-Gwacheon-Cheongsa Station: Juno Hair Gwacheonchungsa Station!
