Cheonan café for pizza brunch and butter latte: Geurimseu Cafe

On weekends, I want to take a light drive and eat something delicious rather than stay home, but I do tend to avoid places that are too crowded. So this time, I looked for a café a little outside central Cheonan where I could spend some quiet time. That’s how I ended up at Geurimseu Cafe.

It was a larger café than I had expected, with a spacious, relaxed setting. Along with coffee and baked goods, it had brunch dishes such as pizza, so it was great for taking care of a light meal, too.

Geurimseu Cafe is a little outside central Cheonan, so the surrounding area felt relatively quiet. Even though I visited on a weekend, the relaxed atmosphere came through before any sense of bustle. Best of all, the parking lot was spacious. There was plenty of parking right in front of the café, so I could park comfortably without circling around looking for a spot.

When I stepped inside, it was much bigger than I had expected.

Rather than having tables packed tightly into one room, the café was divided into several areas, so I could choose a seat that suited the mood I wanted. The tables were nicely spaced apart too, and it looked like a good place for families or larger groups to gather.

It is also a dog-friendly café, so it is worth keeping in mind if you would like a weekend outing with your dog.

That day, rather than having a heavy lunch, I wanted to enjoy a light brunch at a café.

After looking through the menu, I chose pizza and coffee.

I ordered the Margherita pizza, Geurimseu Butter Latte, and an iced café latte.

First, I tried the Margherita pizza.

Geurimseu Cafe was the kind of place where I found the quietness and sense of ease I was looking for in a Cheonan brunch café. With its large parking lot and spacious interior, plus coffee, pizza, and baked goods, it was a nice place to linger at a café.

I think it would suit people like us who would rather have brunch and a cup of coffee in a more relaxed setting than somewhere crowded on the weekend. It also seemed fine for visiting with family, and it is worth considering if you are looking for a place to go out with your dog.
