I really liked how plump the shrimp were in the gambas al ajillo. It can be disappointing when gambas shrimp are small or overcooked, but here I could really enjoy the texture of the shrimp itself.

It also had the flavor of garlic and oil, which made it great with beer, and I could see why gambas is such a popular drinking snack. If you visit with several people, rather than ordering just one snack, it would be nice to order this alongside other dishes and share.

This time I had gambas and buffalo wings, but next time I would like to try the charcoal-smoked chicken, pork dubu-kimchi, and spicy boneless chicken feet too. They even have mango and ripe-persimmon bingsu for a sweet finish, which looked nice.
