The moment I walked into Suragan Tteokbang, there were so many kinds of rice cakes that I almost grabbed something other than the omegi-tteok haha

From bangul jeungpyeon (fermented rice cake) to injeolmi (bean-coated rice cake), mung bean songpyeon, red bean siru-tteok, sweet-bean-filled jeolpyeon, mugwort rice cake, castella injeolmi, potato songpyeon, pumpkin injeolmi, and yakbap (sweet rice), they were all neatly portioned out, making it easy to just pick up one at a time!

🎁 There were gift boxes of various sizes on one side of the shop, from small boxes to fancier holiday gift boxes, so there were plenty of options for a Jeju thank-you gift too 👍

I sliced right through it, and the rice cake inside turned out to be a sweet-pumpkin color.

and the texture was so chewy and delicious 👍 My mom enjoyed it a lot too!!
