Ham and egg ciabatta sandwich, oat milk latte at Seoul Station: Dance
In short
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a sandwich and coffee shop on basement level 3 of Grand Central at Seoul Station. The ham and egg sandwich on ciabatta was so generous that only half got eaten, with the pepper aroma and sweet-savory strawberry jam pairing working better than expected, and the oat milk latte was the best the writer has ever had.

A place for breakfast at Seoul Station: Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station

I was looking for somewhere to grab breakfast or a quick bite near Seoul Station and ended up at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station :) It's known for sandwiches and coffee, and since it opens early in the morning, it looked like a solid spot for breakfast near the station.

Location and how to get there
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is in Grand Central at Seoul Station, so it was easy to find. It's close to Exit 4 of Seoul Station, and you can also get there via Seoullo 7017.

This Seoul Station brunch favorite, Dance Dance Dance, is located on basement level 3 of Grand Central.
It seemed like a perfect spot for people heading to work early in the morning, or anyone who wants a simple meal before starting their day at Seoul Station. I liked that it opens at 7am. Since it's sandwiches, it's not too heavy to eat, and it could also work well as a simple lunch.

Store atmosphere
The store is open and spacious, with a casual, comfortable vibe. The tables are plenty, and it felt like a nice place for a quick meal or a coffee. For morning, something light like a sandwich and coffee just feels right haha.

Choose between baguette or ciabatta bread
For the sandwich, you can choose the bread — either baguette or ciabatta. I went with ciabatta that day.

Being able to pick the bread type to your taste is nice — you can get the same sandwich in whichever texture you prefer.

Order at the kiosk
You order at the kiosk. There was also an event going on for runners, which was interesting haha.

It's known for coffee, and the oat milk latte in particular caught my eye. I love oat lattes! So here's what I ordered~
- Ham and egg sandwich
- Oat milk latte
They call your number when your order is ready. I was hungry, but it came out quickly!

The ham and egg sandwich turned out to be quite generous in size!?

Oat milk latte: the best I've had so far
The menu item that really surprised me was the oat milk latte~! I quite like oat milk lattes and order them at cafés fairly often, and this one was genuinely delicious.

It was the best oat milk latte I've ever had!! The nutty flavor of the oat milk really came through and paired beautifully with the coffee. Sipping it between bites of the sandwich, the nutty taste blended so well — I highly recommend this combo for breakfast~

How was the ham and egg sandwich?
Just looking at it, you can tell the ham and egg are packed in generously, right? Taking a bite, there was plenty of ham and egg, more filling than I expected.

And the charm of this sandwich is the pepper aroma! A subtle hint of pepper came through and paired well with the clean flavor of the ham and egg.

But there's also strawberry jam tucked in here and there, adding a bit of sweetness. At first I thought strawberry jam with ham and egg sounded a little strange, but after trying it, it actually worked really well together haha.

The salty ham and savory egg combined with the sweetness of the strawberry jam create a subtle sweet-and-savory balance. With the pepper aroma on top, the flavor was more appealing than I expected.

How big is it? Only ate half, packed the rest
I ate half and was already so full that I asked to have the other half packed up haha. Really filling — I'd strongly recommend it as a meal substitute!

Who would this be good for?
The sandwiches are made with healthy ingredients, so they're easy to eat in the morning without feeling too heavy~ Opening at 7am is a big plus. It's good for a quick breakfast before catching a train at Seoul Station, or for grabbing a sandwich to go before work, or as a simple lunch.
Above all, while the ham and egg sandwich was tasty, the oat milk latte was what really stuck with me!! If you're looking for a Seoul Station brunch spot or a Seoul Station sandwich place, Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is worth checking out :) Next time I'd like to try some of their other sandwiches haha.
