It's close to Sindorim Station Exit 1, so it was easy to find.

It's located inside a commercial building, which made it pretty accessible too. If you're looking for a jokbal-bossam place in Sindorim, I think this spot's location is a plus.

What's the atmosphere like inside?
Walking in, the whole place looked neat and well organized.
The tables weren't cramped together, and it seemed like a fine spot for a family meal. There were seats for solo diners as well as space for larger groups, so it felt flexible depending on the occasion.
The self-service bar was also kept clean and easy to use. It felt like the kind of place people looking for jokbal or bossam would pick for a family outing or a get-together.

A varied menu lineup
The menu centers on jokbal (braised pig's trotters) and bossam, with kalguksu and makguksu (buckwheat noodles) also available.

I liked that instead of sticking to just one dish, there are set combos so you can try a few things together. If you come for bossam but also want kalguksu, the set makes ordering easy.

Ordering the bossam kalguksu set
That day, we ordered the bossam kalguksu set with a large bossam.

I was surprised at how complete the spread was — vegetables and sauce to go with the bossam, bossam kimchi, dried radish, and even a jokbal salad sampler on top. We picked the spicy version of the kalguksu, and once everything arrived, the table was pretty packed.

The large bossam — how was the meat?
The bossam had a glossy sheen that looked appetizing just to look at. The meat was sliced to a good thickness, just right for picking up a piece at a time.
Since bossam was the whole point of ordering, I had high expectations, and I was happy that the meat was moist and tender.

The lean part was mild and not dry at all, while the bits of fat still attached were soft with a nice savory flavor.

The meat was mild on its own, but paired with the kimchi it picked up extra depth that suited my taste perfectly. Piling a piece of meat onto a wrap vegetable with kimchi and garlic made for a really satisfying full bite.
The spicy kalguksu is great too
And then, the spicy kalguksu I'd been looking forward to!

The broth's color already signals spicy, and one spoonful confirmed it — hot and fiery in a way that felt like it settled the stomach. The noodles went down smoothly but still had a good bite to them.
After a few pieces of bossam, a mouthful of the spicy kalguksu broth felt refreshingly clean on the palate.

The mild, savory meat and the spicy broth went together surprisingly well. I came in only thinking about bossam, but I was glad we also got the kalguksu. Switching back and forth between the two, we finished the meal without ever getting tired of it, and left full.

When you're craving bossam in Sindorim
Overall, the food was satisfying, and the bossam-and-spicy-kalguksu combo worked well together.

If you're looking for jokbal-bossam in Sindorim, I'd recommend ordering both bossam and kalguksu together at Sambaekga. It's a good pick for a hearty meal near Sindorim Station, or a place to eat with family or friends.
