Today I'm reviewing Uno, a beef spot near Seolleung Station~!

How to find Uno from Seolleung Station, and where to park

Uno is located about 350m from Seolleung Station Exit 1, a beef restaurant right by the station. It's easy to access being close to the station, and parking is free too, so it's convenient to come by car~ A restaurant near Seolleung Station with parking — isn't that so rare and precious?!

Inside Uno: private rooms and seating for group dinners

Here's Uno's interior. It has an open room with lots of tables so group dinners are possible, plus plenty of private rooms too, so I highly recommend it as a meeting spot haha

Side dishes and setting up the charcoal grill

Uno stands out even in the basic side dishes! I love myeongi namul (wild garlic leaves) so much, and it's totally spot on lol

The scallion salad is packed with savory flavor too~~ and the vegetables are super fresh and perfectly seasoned haha

Since it's charcoal grilling, they heat the charcoal up thoroughly haha

What comes in the Uno Galbi Assortment (800g)?

This is the Uno Galbi Assortment (800g)! Wow, isn't the visual amazing,,,♥ The Uno Galbi Assortment is a combination of Uno's charcoal-grilled galbi meat, LA galbi, cubed short rib flower cut, and beef tongue!!

They grill the cubed short rib first haha. At Uno, the staff grills all the meat for you and cuts it into bite-sized pieces, so you can focus on the conversation and enjoy the food~

The juicy cubed short rib is really thick but so tender, it melts in your mouth like nothing else, wow

The meat itself is so delicious that even just a light dip in salt brings out amazing flavor haha

Beef bone soup (sagol haejangguk) and draft beer

They also serve beef bone soup as a basic side dish? It's spicy and so delicious, the kind of flavor that calls for a drink!!

So I immediately ordered a draft beer lol. Ahh~~ a cold draft beer after work washes away all the day's fatigue haha

Grilling the LA galbi (cross-cut short ribs)

This is the LA galbi. Wow I love LA galbi so much, and this is really amazingly good!!! Grilled over charcoal, it's even more delicious haha

LA galbi is all about gnawing the meat off the bone! It's so chewy and delicious haha

Hanwoo yukhoe bibimbap and hanwoo mulhoe at Uno

If you order the hanwoo yukhoe bibimbap, doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) comes with it too. Great value, right? A spicy, tangy doenjang jjigae that's a total rice thief! Loaded with tofu and vegetables inside too, so the broth tastes amazing haha

Here's the hanwoo yukhoe bibimbap (raw beef tartare rice bowl)~ Wow everyone, it's been a while since I've had a yukhoe bibimbap this loaded with fresh raw beef haha ❤️

Ordering the mulhoe (cold raw fish/beef soup) too makes it perfect, right?? The noodles come separately for the mulhoe, and mixing them in is pure bliss haha

The yukhoe bibimbap and mulhoe side dishes were such a hit! I highly recommend both lol

The highlight at Uno: charcoal-grilled beef tongue

Wow, today's highlight, beef tongue!! This is my first time properly eating beef tongue — was it always this delicious?!?!

The texture is truly unmatched, words can't describe it!! That flavor where it still has bite but melts away in your mouth, wow — I'll be back just for the beef tongue!!!!

Finishing with galbisal and patbingsu (shaved ice with red beans)

Lastly, the galbisal (grilled rib meat) too~ It's lightly seasoned, which was so nice to enjoy at the end haha

Wrapping it in myeongi namul is so good, how could it not be!!!!

For dessert, they even give you patbingsu (shaved ice with red beans), wow. Having old-style patbingsu again after a while made me so happy haha
