Today I'm bringing you a review of Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch, a Bangi-dong restaurant haha. The place is spacious and the private parking lot is huge too, so a lot of people come here for company dinners! The meat menu is varied with a lot of special items, so I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to go eat some really good meat. Let me show you my review of Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch right away ✨
Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch hours and parking
Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch is open Monday through Sunday from 11:30 to 22:00, with a weekday break time from 14:00 to 15:00, and last order at 21:00. Parking is available, and valet is available too.

This is the exterior — there are two entrances! You can park both in front and in back, and valet is also available. The parking space is big too, so no worries about not finding a spot. Turns out it's a place that's even been on the food show Wednesday Food Talk haha.
Menu lineup and the 2-serving order rule

The Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch menu has main dishes, dessert items, lunch items, noodles, and drinks. For meat, your first order needs to be 2 servings or more of one menu item. The lunch menu's mulberry-leaf tteollegi sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) seemed to be the famous item! Grilling the meat and adding extra side dishes is self-serve.
They even had instructions posted on how to grill it for the best taste, and it really did taste better grilled that way!

They also had info posted about the health benefits of the perilla oil makguksu (buckwheat noodles) and the mulberry-leaf tteollegi sujebi haha.

What's on the self-serve bar and the basic table setting
The self-serve bar was well set up too. Clean and nice.

Pickled radish, radish salad, perilla leaves, lettuce, onion, wasabi, and soy sauce all came out together! They also set out salt and small plates for us. If you reserve ahead and visit, everything's already set up, which is convenient.

How do the snowflake ribs and kkodeulsal taste?
We ordered one serving of snowflake ribs and two servings of kkodeulsal. The portions were way bigger than expected. It was great that you could order in single servings too! You could really enjoy a variety of cuts that way.

Being able to grill the meat over charcoal made it taste even better. It was super tender and the juiciness was honestly insane ㅠ so delicious. The meat came off the bone easily too, so we picked it all clean haha. Still, our pick was the kkodeulsal!! The fatty part was seriously delicious, super savory, and it was good dipped lightly in salt, but even better dipped lightly in the boiled jeotgal (fermented seafood sauce) that comes with it, with a bit of chili pepper on the side — so good.

Finishing the meal with doenjang jjigae
For the meal we ordered doenjang jjigae. It was clean-tasting, savory, and delicious. We each cleared a whole bowl of rice haha. Eating it with the radish salad made it even better!!

Is the 36-seat room good for group dinners?
Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch has a spacious dining room and a private room too, so it's good for enjoying a group meal privately. With 36 seats total, you can use the space without feeling cramped. We visited around 7pm and it was packed haha.

If you're looking for a restaurant near Olympic Park, or a good spot in Bangi-dong for a group gathering, I recommend Dangsan Odol Bangi Branch ✨
