Nonsan strawberry bingsu at a Jamsil Stadium food truck: Bingdongdaeng

Isn't it a bit of a waste to go to a baseball game and only watch baseball?? No — honestly I go to the stadium to eat..... I think when I'm at the stadium, figuring out what to eat is half the fun haha. I've been to a lot of games, but today I really ate a huge variety of good stuff!

This food truck was seriously the best thing I ate on my latest trip to Jamsil Baseball Stadium!!! Let me introduce my review of eating my way through Bingdongdaeng, Ipeun Yeou Hot Dog, and cream shrimp at the food trucks 😋 :)

Where is the Bingdongdaeng food truck, and which days is it open?

The Bingdongdaeng food truck is near Gate 1 in the outfield of Jamsil Baseball Stadium, and it's apparently there without fail on Doosan and LG game days. The address is 19-2 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Gate 1 outfield food truck.

Bingdongdaeng, the true answer for amazing bingsu! Baseball season always makes me think of bingsu, right~ Just look for the food truck near Gate 1 ><

How much does bingsu cost at Bingdongdaeng?

Bingdongdaeng has four kinds of bingsu (shaved ice dessert) in total~

• Snow-flower red bean bingsu ₩12,500
• Choco Oreo bingsu ₩15,500
• Strawberry bingsu ₩15,500
• Mango bingsu ₩15,500

Bingdongdaeng's strawberry bingsu (₩15,500) apparently uses frozen Nonsan strawberries, and it was so good! And can you see how much strawberry there is~? It was packed full of strawberries and honestly delicious!

I finished off the hot dog and cream shrimp with bingsu as the grand finale, and it was truly the best.... These days it's hard to find a place selling strawberry bingsu in this season, so it was extra delicious. When you're at the stadium on a hot day craving something cold, one strawberry bingsu really hits the spot.

Ipeun Yeou Hot Dog comes from Gyeongju to Jamsil: the bacon mayo set

Baseball means Jamsil, right? Apparently Ipeun Yeou Hot Dog, that super famous place from Gyeongju, has landed in Jamsil! And how could I not try it???? So I ordered a hot dog right away.

These are the hot dog options! The BEST is the bacon mayo hot dog! I ordered it as a set with a shake, and it was delicious.

It's easy to hold and eat, so it's a no-fuss menu item to enjoy while watching the game. It was also packaged nicely for eating, so I enjoyed it a lot~ The visual was cute too, so I took a photo before digging in happily!

Ipeun Yeou Hot Dog, cute from the name itself! Thanks for landing in Jamsil!!! I'll definitely have it again next time. If you're looking for a simple snack at the stadium, hot dogs are totally recommended ❤️

What was the cream shrimp like?

Last up was the cream shrimp, and this was also the best of the best! Genuinely so delicious. The shrimp were really big, and the plump shrimp paired with the creamy sauce made for a sweet, savory combination that was great to enjoy~

From bingsu to hot dog to cream shrimp, I felt like I properly nailed the stadium food mission that day~ At the stadium, it's really about going to eat, isn't it? Hahahaha. This time I tried three things at Bingdongdaeng — strawberry bingsu, Ipeun Yeou hot dog, and cream shrimp — and each one had such a different vibe that it made everything even more enjoyable!!!!
