Euljiro burger restaurant with a sriracha cheeseburger: BAS Burger

BAS Burger found in an Euljiro 3-ga Station alley

Over 10 years as an Euljiro office worker..^^ It is surprisingly hard to find a good burger spot in Euljiro, but there is BAS Burger, a great handmade-burger place, so I went! BAS Burger Euljiro Branch is open daily from 11:00 to 20:30, with last orders at 20:00.

BAS Burger is famous as a chain handmade-burger spot. I had been to a few other branches, but this was my first time at the Euljiro one! Exit 11 of Euljiro 3-ga Station, head into the alley, and you can find BAS Burger easily.

Just follow the pretty neon sign downstairs.

A solo dinner after work

A spacious, clean Euljiro restaurant. I visited in the evening and customers kept coming in!! I bet it gets packed at lunchtime haha. After work, I normally either go straight home or eat with everyone near the office if I have plans, so having dinner alone before heading home felt kind of fun(?)

Tablet ordering and in-store potato chips

There was a huge selection, from Best Pick menus with the perfect combinations to single burgers, combos, burger sets, and side dishes that go well alongside them! You could also add burger-perfect toppings such as a fried egg, hash brown, or bacon. Ordering and paying right away on the tablet at the table was so convenient!!! For cash payments, order first and then go to the counter.

The potato chips you cannot leave out at BAS Burger. They are unlimited when you dine in, while takeout or delivery costs extra!! It is best to have plenty at the restaurant😍 Free delicious potato chips!!! Just take as much as you can eat! I was super irritable from being so hungry, but thankfully the chips calmed me down. They were so crispy and tasty haha.

At BAS Burger Euljiro Branch, you pick up your food yourself when it is ready, then return everything after eating! It all comes neatly arranged on a tray, so carrying it back and forth is no problem!

Sriracha cheeseburger with grilled onions and a fried egg

Sriracha Cheeseburger Set and Buffalo Chicken Wings! I was so hungry that I properly ordered both a burger set and a side. Zero Coke for the drink!!! Looking at it makes me want it again....

I changed the Sriracha Cheeseburger to grilled onions and added a fried egg. You can choose either grilled or raw onions for your burger!!! Such a great detail. I only eat grilled onions, haha. The sriracha mayo was a little spicy, but the two slices of cheese balanced out the heat. The tasty beef patty and fried egg were a fantastic combination too! I really love handmade burgers, and BAS Burger makes yours as soon as you order—everything from the bun to the patty is perfect..🫶🏻

BAS Burger's fries were delicious too! I briefly considered changing them to cheese bacon fries, but since the burger itself was already so richly cheesy, dipping the fries into it was just right! Does this make me a food expert?

Buffalo Chicken Wings and a review mozzarella cheese bar

I love Buffalo wings too, so I ordered six as a side. I heard Buffalo Chicken Wings are the most popular side at BAS Burger! They were a little spicy too, but because they are not deep-fried, they did not feel heavy, and they had lots of meat, so I happily worked the meat off the bones🤤

I also got a mozzarella cheese bar for leaving a review, and it was such a delicious special side filled with cheese!!!! It had been a while since I had a tasty handmade burger, so this meal was incredibly satisfying! It is right by my office—why did I only come nowㅠㅠ Next time, I should come at lunchtime and try something else.
