While looking for dinner around Euljiro Entrance, I suddenly wanted a burger for the first time in ages, so I went to Daily Fix Euljiro. I normally love American-style burgers anyway, and I’d been curious because this place is also known as the burger praised by Kang Min-kyung. I happened to have something to do around Euljiro, so I stopped by for dinner.
Daily Fix Euljiro exterior and interior atmosphere
Daily Fix Euljiro was not hard to find from Euljiro Entrance, and even the exterior had that unmistakable burger-specialist feel. It stands out as you walk by, so I think it would be easy to spot if you are looking for somewhere to eat nearby.

When I visited in the evening, there were quite a few people already eating inside. The interior was clean and casual overall, so it was easy to walk in without feeling any pressure, and the tables felt comfortably spaced for a meal.

Maybe because I visited in the evening, it had a different feel from the daytime, too. I saw international guests having a beer with their burgers. Seeing them leisurely enjoy burgers and beer made me want to come back for an evening beer myself next time. It looked like a nice place not only for a meal, but also for a casual burger-and-beer outing. There are also single-person bar seats by the entrance, which are great for dining alone.
Daily Fix menu and our order

I heard that the bacon cheeseburger was the burger Kang Min-kyung raved about. Naturally, I had to add it to the order right away.

They have quite a wide range of beers, including non-alcoholic beer. The fried eggplant also looked interesting.

After debating the menu, we ordered the triple mushroom burger and bacon cheeseburger sets. For the set, we chose cola and 18 Fries. Since you can switch to a pretzel bun, we changed the cheeseburger to one. There were lots of reviews saying the coleslaw was good, so we added one of those, too.

The review event gives you corn salad or coleslaw, and the coleslaw is seriously delicious, so definitely take part!

The coleslaw has a slight kick, so it goes really well with everything. It cuts through the richness perfectly.

Everything arrived~ I was worried the wait might be long because these are handmade burgers, but it came out faster than I expected, haha.

How salty is the bacon cheeseburger?
The first one I tried was the bacon cheeseburger. It is a combination any burger lover has probably had at least once. With a patty, bacon, and cheese, it was definitely rich in flavor. The saltiness of the bacon and savory cheese made the flavors really clear, and it truly felt like eating an American-style burger.

It is also quite well-seasoned overall. Rather than a mild, understated burger, it is closer to a salty, full-flavored American-style burger! I was totally into it. From the first bite, the patty and toppings came through clearly, so I personally thought it paired beautifully with beer or cola. Anyone who likes salty burgers will probably be satisfied.

The 18 Fries and coleslaw combination
We also tried the 18 Fries we ordered as a side with the burgers, because burgers and fries are an essential combination, right? The thick-cut fries made it a pretty filling meal, and sipping cola in between went well with the salty burgers, too.

They have that fluffy texture of steamed potatoes, haha.

Triple mushroom burger and the evening beer atmosphere
Next was the triple mushroom burger. I wondered what a mushroom burger would taste like, and the mushroom flavor came through better than I expected. With the patty and mushrooms together, it felt a little more layered in flavor than a burger with meat alone, and I think mushroom lovers would really enjoy it. Switching to the pretzel bun gave it an interesting texture, too.

Personally, it would be fine to come for a quick burger lunch, but I actually liked the atmosphere more when I visited in the evening. The restaurant felt relaxed, and there were diners enjoying burgers with beer, so it seemed like a good place for a casual after-work drink in Euljiro.
Daily Fix Euljiro is a good place to visit on a day when you want a salty, rich American-style burger rather than the usual chain burger around Euljiro Entrance. If you love burgers like I do, try choosing something that suits your taste, such as the triple mushroom burger or bacon cheeseburger. Next time, I want to try another burger with beer and take my time a little more :)
