Beomnaegol lash extension salon: 13 mm mascara lashes at Doi Beauty

Today I'm sharing a review of the mascara-style lash extensions I got at Doi Beauty in Beomnaegol — one of the best places for lash extensions near Seomyeon!

My lashes have been bugging me every time I do my makeup lately... Since I don't wear makeup that often, I wanted eyes that looked defined even bare-faced, so I searched around for the best place for lash extensions near Seomyeon and ended up at Doi Beauty in Beomnaegol, known for great mascara-style extensions :)

Where is Doi Beauty, and how do booking and parking work?

Doi Beauty is located at 123-1, Dain Royal Palace, 9 Sincheondae-ro 65beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busan, and it's open daily from 09:00 to 24:00 on an appointment-only basis.

If you book through Naver Reservation before visiting, you can get a ₩5,000 discount coupon, so I'd definitely recommend booking that way! They also run separate slots for early-morning and late-night appointments, which made scheduling really easy for me.

Doi Beauty also has underground parking available in the Dain Royal Palace building, so it was really convenient to visit by car :)

Doi Beauty, one of the best places for lash extensions near Seomyeon, is a 5-minute walk from Samjung Tower and sits right on the ground floor storefront of Dain Royal Palace, so it was easy to find :) It's run as a private, one-on-one appointment system, so I visited at my scheduled time!

Walking into the salon, the interior was incredibly clean and tidy!

And what caught my eye right away was an insane number of awards and trophies..!! The director has served as a judge at various international lash competitions and even competed herself — apparently she's a well-known expert in lash design and art extensions, and this place is known as a lash mecca in Busan that people travel from all over the country to visit >.<

On top of that, she also runs an academy, so she's clearly highly skilled — I'd been worried since it had been a while since my last lash extensions, but I felt like I'd found the right place!

The space is also thoroughly managed for hygiene, with all tools run on a strict sterilization protocol, which made me trust Doi Beauty even more as a lash specialist near Seomyeon.

I think the reason Doi Beauty has become known by word of mouth as a lash extension favorite is that they start with a design consultation tailored to your eye shape and style the extensions accordingly, which seems to lead to a lot of highly satisfied reviews :) Since it had been a while since my last extensions, I asked all kinds of questions, and the director recommended a design and length that suited me, so I went with mascara-style extensions at 13mm!

My eyes before the extensions... looking back at the before photo, my natural lashes were quite gappy and broken, which made them look even more flat — I was curious how much of a difference this would make!

After: how did the 13 mm mascara lash extensions look?

The finished mascara-style extensions! I was lying down for a long time but felt zero discomfort — she worked so comfortably that I almost fell asleep... She checked in carefully throughout, meticulously checking the curl as she attached each lash, so it turned out really well :)

The moment I looked in the mirror, my first thought was that I could go out without makeup even bare-faced — my eyes looked so defined that I loved it >.<

The curl lifted up naturally like I was wearing mascara, which made my eyes look even more defined and clear :)

The before-and-after difference was so satisfying that I ended up taking a ton of photos — I really thought, why didn't I get lash extensions sooner.

Comparing from different angles, the lash line looked naturally defined all around, giving my eyes a clear, polished look overall — I loved it so much :) I finally understood why everyone in reviews says they're 'hooked' on this place once I visited myself!

The result was exactly the natural yet defined look I wanted overall, and I'm super satisfied — rather than going all-in on volume, I wanted something natural but with length, and the director designed it exactly to match what I wanted!
