Why Jsu Beauty after one month of searching for a Seomyeon nail salon

Jsu Beauty is a nail and lash beauty shop on the 2nd floor of 104 Dongcheon-ro, right in the middle of Seomyeon, Busan. It's been about a month since I settled in Busan, and as someone who gets their nails done every month, I was already scouting Busan nail salons. I came to Jsu Beauty after hearing it offers parking support and sits right in the heart of Seomyeon.

My nails were at the point where the extensions had grown out and it was time for a color change! With the weather suddenly turning chilly, I really wanted an autumn-flavored manicure — I'm cool-toned, but I missed fall so much.

Where is Jsu Beauty in Seomyeon, and where do you park?

If you head to the spot right next to Seomyeon Milmyeon (wheat noodles) and look on the 2nd floor to the left, you'll spot Jsu Beauty right away. A Seomyeon nail salon with parking support is genuinely precious haha.

Head up to the 2nd floor and you've arrived at Jsu Beauty. The interior was bigger and cleaner than I expected, so it seems like a great spot to bring a friend too.

Jsu Beauty nail prices: one-color 35,000 won

Since it's a full beauty shop, you can also get lash extensions and lash lifts here. It's a convenient spot to knock out nails and lashes together on a day off.

One wall neatly displays the director's award history, cosmetologist license, and certificates all at a glance — obviously it just feels reassuring.

Today's service: fall brown nails after removing gel from another salon

Today's plan was to remove gel from another salon and then get a fall-ready brown manicure.

The pedicure/nail seats were so comfortable, with a spot up top to rest your arm or your phone, and the cushioning meant no soreness or discomfort even sitting for a long time.

While the gel removal was happening, I browsed Jsu Beauty's nail art samples. Since the art is done right on extension tips, it looks even prettier and is easy to see at a glance. I usually pick a salon based on the quality of their art since I can't be bothered hunting one down separately, and every piece at Jsu Beauty was exactly my style, so browsing was genuinely fun.

One-color, syrup, magnetic, glitter, character art — it was great being able to eyeball and choose while getting my nails done.

Did the cuticle care at Jsu Beauty hurt?

Since it had been a while since my last manicure, I worried the care process might hurt, but maybe thanks to the director's know-how, there was no bleeding and no pain at all — super satisfying. And she wrapped it up quickly while still being thorough, which made it even better.

I've been to a lot of nail salons, but I'd never seen shapes organized by nail form before, so I snapped a photo. Going with the stiletto design, let's go.

Fall brown syrup gel: choosing between 110 and 111

As someone who does care plus syrup nails only, I got to pick out a fall color this time. I was torn between #110 and #111, tried both on my nails, and went with the deep brown!

It's brown, but somehow it's a brown that pairs beautifully with cool tones — so mysterious and pretty. There's a hint of brown-purple to it, a soft watered-down brown, and I'm completely satisfied every time I look at it. If you're looking for a fall brown manicure, I highly recommend #111.
