Yongho-dong pasta restaurant in Busan for family dinner: Table d'Hote

I went out for dinner with my son and my mom after having a blast at a kids' café :)

Table d'Hote Busan W Square Branch is a Western-style restaurant inside W Square in Yongho-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. When you're eating out with a kid, you end up worrying about everything from the menu to the atmosphere to parking. That day, after playing hard at the kids' café, we just wanted to eat something good and relax comfortably, so we headed to Table d'Hote Busan W Square Branch.

Since it's inside W Square, it was easy to find, and it was also nice to look around the area before and after the meal. Most of all, the atmosphere wasn't intimidating to visit with a child, so I thought it would be a solid spot for a family meal.

After sitting down and looking over the menu, we ended up ordering the crab rosé pasta and the beef risotto that day.

Crab rosé pasta at Table d'Hote: could the child eat it too?

First up, the crab rosé pasta! The soft, savory flavor of the rosé sauce combined with the crab flavor made for a delicious dish. It wasn't too intense, and the sauce coated the noodles nicely, so I kept going back for more. I think anyone who likes pasta would enjoy this one without any complaints.

Especially when eating out with a kid, you tend to worry about what he can actually eat, but that day my son ate the pasta right along with us and enjoyed it. Maybe because he was hungry after running around at the kids' café, he ate even better than usual haha.

Beef risotto and pasta: how the two dishes worked together

The beef risotto we ordered alongside was also satisfying. The soft risotto with beef mixed in made for a hearty dish, and pairing it with pasta made for a good menu combination. It wasn't a heavy dish to share with my mom either, so we took our time eating and sharing bites of everything.

Personally, having my mom and son both there that day made the meal feel even more relaxed. When eating out with a kid, you naturally look for a place that isn't too formal or too quiet, and this place worked well in that respect.

Especially on days when I'm out and about with my kid, like this one, it was really convenient to knock out both the kids' café and the meal in one trip. That day, we ate delicious food with my son and mom, had a great time at the kids' café, and wrapped up the day with a hearty dinner :)

Would we go back to Table d'Hote Busan W Square Branch?

I'd like to visit again and try other menu items next time. And going with my son and mom that day made the meal feel even more relaxed. We were hungry after running around at the kids' café, and having a warm, delicious dinner made for the perfect end to the day.

Ordering both pasta and risotto to share was especially nice since we got to taste a variety of dishes. It's a comfortable enough atmosphere to visit as a family, so I'd love to try other menu items next time.
