Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch is a shabu-shabu restaurant near Namwirye Station where you can enjoy over 40 kinds of fresh vegetables all-you-can-eat. The address is 45 Wiryegwangjang-ro, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, 3rd floor, G&G Plaza, Unit 305.
They say they bring in fresh vegetables from Garak Market every day. I love vegetables, so I was thrilled to hear you can eat both shabu-shabu and wolnamssam (Vietnamese-style rice paper wraps) all-you-can-eat here. Meat plus as many vegetables as you like — I went in expecting a filling and hearty meal. This is Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch, a well-known restaurant near Namwirye Station.
How to get to Dadam from Namwirye Station, and where to park
It's a 7-minute walk from Exit 3 of Namwirye Station. We drove and parked at the G&G Plaza building.
Your table time is 120 minutes. There's a break time from 4 to 5 pm, but no break time on weekends! Dadam Shabu also offers takeout.
Inside Dadam: the dining room and the window view
As soon as you walk in, a neat, long self-bar greets you on the left.

We went further in and sat by the window, and the view through the floor-to-ceiling glass was seriously stunning.

With the open view of the Wirye complex filling the window, the whole place felt bright and full of atmosphere.
Even though we came at that awkward hour between lunch and dinner, the place was packed on a Saturday afternoon. I was surprised, haha. It's clearly a popular spot near Namwirye.

Public holiday price and choosing the half-and-half broth
Dadam Shabu is all-you-can-eat, with high-quality beef and fresh vegetables served unlimited.
- Adult lunch (middle school and up / beef all-you-can-eat): ₩17,900 (weekdays 11:00–16:00)
- Weekday dinner & public holidays (beef all-you-can-eat): ₩21,900 (dinner 17:00–21:30)
We visited on a public holiday, so it was ₩21,900 x 2 people.
As soon as we sat down, they set us up with bowls for the meat and vegetables, plus a plate of warm water for the wolnamssam wraps.
One nice thing about Dadam Shabu was the wide choice of broths. We went with the half-and-half broth so we could try both the clear broth and the spicy, tangy one.

Beef chuck or beef belly: which cut we reached for more
There were two types of meat: beef chuck and beef belly. We wanted to try both, so we piled on half and half at first, and on the refill we mostly went for the beef belly, haha. They each had a different charm, but personally, the tender, fatty, savory beef belly won me over more.

What we piled on from Dadam's 40-item self-bar
The self-bar was stocked with over 40 ingredients, from wolnamssam fillings to shabu-shabu vegetables. They said they bring them in fresh from Garak Market every morning, haha.
Maybe that's why the freshness of the vegetables was obvious just by looking at them.
There were seriously so many kinds. My husband and I each piled on whatever we liked, haha.
We're both minari (water dropwort) lovers, so we grabbed a ton of that, plus we love bean sprouts and wood ear mushrooms so we loaded up on those too. We're not into mandu (dumplings) or sausages, so we skipped those, haha.

They also had everything set up to make shabu-shabu fried rice — nutty sesame oil, crispy roasted seaweed flakes, and a raw egg for extra richness. We were way too full to try it, though, haha.
We also grabbed warm water and sauce for the wolnamssam from the self-bar.

Free americano and a vanilla ice cream machine at the self-bar
After the meal, there was no need to go to a café separately!! They have a nutty americano brewed from premium-grade beans and a fresh vanilla soft-serve machine. This place really has everything, haha.

Shabu-shabu and wolnamssam wraps at one table
They simmered a full pot of the vegetables we'd brought over in the broth.
Once the vegetables were cooked down a bit, we added the meat. As the vegetable flavor seeped into the broth, the soup kept getting tastier and tastier, haha.

We filled it half and half.
We also brought over a good variety of vegetables to make wolnamssam.
Picking out colorful vegetables one by one made for a pretty and generous plate, haha.
I loved being able to enjoy shabu-shabu and wolnamssam at the same table at the same time.

Before the shabu-shabu pot started bubbling, we made wolnamssam first.

Just dip a rice paper sheet briefly in warm water, layer on the vegetables you prepared, and roll it up — done, super simple, haha.

Packed with colorful vegetables, the crunch was still alive and it was so delicious, haha.

We also cooked the shabu meat well in the simmering broth and tried it.
The meat was tender and clean-tasting, really delicious.

Refilling wood ear mushrooms, minari and broth one more time
The broth was especially rich, so eating the meat and vegetables together made the flavors come together even more. I grabbed a ton of my favorite wood ear mushrooms from the refill bar. I really ate a lot.
Since it's all-you-can-eat, we could grab as much as we wanted, and that felt so great, haha.
We also tried putting the meat cooked in the shabu broth into wolnamssam. Wrapping tender cooked meat with fresh vegetables in rice paper made it even tastier.

Being able to enjoy the same ingredients both as shabu-shabu and as wolnamssam meant we got a lot of variety out of the same food, which I really liked.
After clearing one round, we refilled the vegetables and broth once more.
Picking out more of whatever vegetables we wanted and topping up the rich broth let us enjoy it just as generously as the first round. Since it's all-you-can-eat, being able to restock ingredients right away as soon as they run low is such a great feature.
I guess our stomachs are small, haha — after one refill we just couldn't eat anymore. Even though it's all-you-can-eat, the vegetables, meat, and wolnamssam were all so generous that we were completely stuffed, haha.
Making an affogato at the self-bar to finish
At the end, we made ourselves an affogato. Rich coffee topped with sweet ice cream was the perfect palate cleanser after the meal.

We kept saying we were full, but still managed to finish off the affogato properly, haha.

Is Dadam in Wirye worth it for two? Our verdict
We ate shabu-shabu and wolnamssam to our heart's content at Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch, a popular spot near Namwirye Station. This was my first time visiting a place where you can enjoy shabu-shabu and wolnamssam together at one table. Eating fresh vegetables and meat warm as shabu-shabu, then making the same ingredients into wolnamssam, meant enjoying one meal in two different ways, which was fun, haha.
In particular, being able to freely choose from over 40 kinds of vegetables meant I think I ate more vegetables than usual. Being able to eat a hearty, filling meal while still getting plenty of vegetables made it feel like a healthy meal, which I loved even more. The best.
If you're looking for a restaurant near Namwirye Station where you can enjoy shabu-shabu and wolnamssam together, give Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam Wirye Branch a try, haha. You'll become a vegetable lover!!!
