This is a place where the vibe was so good just from the entrance that I was excited before I even walked in — Mandali To Go Ilgwang Branch.

Whenever I'm near Ilgwang Beach, I end up looking for a café, and this time I found a place with a great atmosphere plus a wide range of brunch and bakery items. That's Mandali To Go Ilgwang Branch.

The moment you step through the door, Mandali To Go Ilgwang Branch gives off a warm, cozy feeling. It spans two floors, and I felt good the second I walked in.

The whole space felt cozy overall, but with pretty little details scattered around, so it was fun to slowly look around.

What stood out most was the fresh flowers on every table. Even just a small flower made the whole space feel that much warmer — just sitting there put me in a good mood.

At Mandali To Go Ilgwang Branch we ordered an iced americano, yuzu mint mong iced tea, a strawberry-packed latte, plus Basque cheesecake and several kinds of baked goods. This place has a wide brunch menu, so I actually thought about trying brunch first — but since we'd already eaten, I sadly saved brunch for next time and focused on drinks and bakery items.

As the drinks and desserts landed on the table one by one, don't they just look delicious?

The strawberry-packed latte especially lived up to its name — loaded with strawberries, just looking at it made me happy. The combo of tart strawberries and smooth latte also went really well with dessert.

Is the Basque cheesecake worth ordering?

And the menu item I remembered most that day was the Basque cheesecake! It was seriously so good.

You could really feel that dense, rich texture typical of Basque cheesecake, and pairing it with cream that wasn't too sweet made the combination even better. If you love a dense, fudgy cheesecake, I think you'll be satisfied.

Next time I want to visit without eating beforehand so I can properly try the brunch menu. With such a varied lineup, it also looks like a great spot to casually stop by just for brunch.

Group room, seating and how busy the café gets

Mandali To Go Ilgwang Branch has a group room. That was another thing I really liked while looking around — it seems great for gatherings with friends or family with several people, and the atmosphere felt comfortable to visit with kids too.

When we visited, it happened to be busy enough that the tables were almost completely full.

So at first it was hard to get proper photos of the interior, but after a while, as customers left and things calmed down, I managed to capture the pretty spaces.

Looking around, isn't it really pretty? The tables, chairs, lighting and little decor pieces all blend well with the overall mood, so I felt like any seat would be a comfortable place to spend time.

There are lots of photogenic spots too, so if you love a good café atmosphere, you'll probably love it even more.

The restrooms were also kept clean and available on each floor, which was convenient. When you stay at a café for a long time, restrooms actually matter quite a bit, so I appreciated that they were well maintained.

Above all, Mandali To Go Ilgwang Branch felt less like a place to just grab a coffee and leave, and more like a place to relax and enjoy time in a beautiful space.

With a varied brunch menu and plenty of bakery and dessert options, it seemed like a great place to enjoy everything from a meal to café time all in one spot.

The warm, comfortable atmosphere also made it feel like a good place to visit with family or catch up with friends.
