This Danyang Guyeong Market bakery says it researched the tastiest salt bread possible, aging local specialty Danyang garlic themselves to make black garlic extract, kneading the dough in-house with their own black garlic salt bread recipe, and following a same-day-made, same-day-sold principle.

They also use native six-clove Danyang garlic, sun-dried salt from Taean and Sinan, and top-grade French gourmet butter, baking fresh every morning — so how could it not be delicious? I got home and ate it right away with iced Americano. The salty crust and savory buttery flavor were really good 👏👏👏 Eating it with coffee makes it just melt away in your mouth hahaha. And the black garlic aroma was subtle enough that even people new to black garlic could definitely enjoy it. Mornings for a while have been decided by this combo..! Lol
