Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station?
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a sandwich and baguette shop on B3 of the Grand Central building near Seoul Station. It's great for packing a sandwich to eat on the train, and also a nice spot to sit with coffee and a sandwich when you have an awkward gap before an appointment.
Inside Seoul Station itself is way too crowded, but this place is about a 10-minute walk away and so much quieter — I liked that.
- Parking: first 60 minutes free / ₩1,200 per additional 10 minutes

This place is originally famous in Hannam-dong for its sandwiches and tofu cream cheese baguettes, and apparently they now have a branch right in front of Seoul Station. With a name as energetic as DANCE DANCE DANCE, I expected a lively vibe, but the store was quiet and clean — I liked that a lot.
Why the 7am opening works before a train
It's on B3 of Grand Central, and I loved that it opens at 7am. There's nowhere else nearby open in the morning besides Starbucks, so breakfast was always awkward — this place is great for grabbing something to go.

Dance Dance Dance menu and how to reheat takeout
Dance Dance Dance has a more varied menu than you'd expect. There's the basic baguette sandwich, chicken breast sandwich, and pulled pork sandwich — all good options as a real meal.
* For takeout, they recommend refrigerating it, then reheating in an air fryer at 180°C for about 3 minutes.

There was a cod roe baguette that looked amazing, plus some sold-out scones. Their signature menu is the tofu cream cheese baguette, made by sandwiching a house-made cream of tofu and cream cheese into the baguette. There's plain, pistachio, jambon pistachio, and more, and seasonal versions using ingredients like fig also show up.

Meeting snacks near Seoul Station: how do group orders work?
Group orders at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station work if you contact the store at least 2-3 days ahead. Since it's near office buildings, you can even run a tab and pay later. It's upscale, healthy bread, so it's great as meeting snacks near Seoul Station too.
The jambon jalapeño sandwich, swapped to ciabatta
I ordered an Americano for ₩5,500 (+₩1,000 for decaf) and the jambon jalapeño sandwich for ₩11,900. The jambon jalapeño sandwich combines jambon from the premium charcuterie brand 'Charcutier' with jalapeño tofu cream cheese (the bread can be swapped to ciabatta).

Jambon + jalapeño + cream cheese are basically all my favorite things, so it's a combo that's hard to make taste bad, haha. Unlike a regular jambon-beurre with its heavy butter flavor, this one had the salty taste of jambon, the spicy kick of jalapeño, and the savory richness of tofu cream cheese all mixed together — really tasty. I'm not a fan of greasy food and prefer savory bread over sweet, so this was right up my alley.
I also swapped the bread to ciabatta, though it wasn't the soft ciabatta most people picture — it was crispy on the outside, chewy like ciabatta on the inside. If you're expecting a completely soft ciabatta you might be disappointed, but thinking back, it had the exact same texture as the ciabatta I had while traveling in Italy. This is probably the authentic version, haha.
It looked like a small portion but was surprisingly filling, so it worked well as a full meal!
