Sejong jokbal restaurant booked out by 6pm: Cheongmigwan Naseong-dong

Today I'm bringing you a story from Cheongmigwan Sejong Naseong Main Branch, a super famous jokbal (pig trotter) restaurant in Naseong-dong, Sejong!

No reservation at 6pm? Cheongmigwan was full, so it was takeout

Cheongmigwan Sejong Naseong Main Branch is a Naseong-dong jokbal place where reservations are essential. I'd heard it was so delicious and wanted to try it, so I stopped by after real shooting in Naseong-dong, but since I hadn't booked ahead, every seat was taken ㅜ I knew it was famous, but fully booked?! Oh my god!

So instead of just leaving disappointed, I decided to get it packed to go and eat at home. Bottom line up front: this is a jokbal place that's delicious even as takeout.

If you're looking for a nice-atmosphere bar in Naseong-dong, Cheongmigwan is a great option! At Cheongmigwan Naseong branch you can have a full meal and drinks together — the best!!

I arrived around 6pm, and the atmosphere was nice, but as a Sejong restaurant famous for Naseong-dong family dinners and Naseong-dong work dinners, it was completely booked out. Seriously, every single table was reserved... ㅜㅜ Parking was available in the building's shopping-center lot.

Parking and how to find Cheongmigwan in Naseong-dong

After parking, take the elevator up and Cheongmigwan is right there — turn right as soon as you get off!!! The easiest elevator to find is the one on the left right as you enter the parking lot. Get off the elevator, and the crowd is gathering right in front of Cheongmigwan on the right. Go straight after exiting the elevator, then take an immediate right and you're at Cheongmigwan!

Inside, the restaurant is split left and right from the counter, and on the right, in front of the wine display, there's even a mirror and a sink for washing your hands! So nice!

A Naseong-dong spot in Sejong for drinks and good bar snacks

Naseong-dong restaurant Cheongmigwan is a nice-atmosphere bar with great drinking snacks in Naseong-dong. And what could be better as a drinking snack than jokbal~

Jokbal, bossam, and even the side dishes — all delicious, and plenty of it.

Cheongmi King Jokbal, flying fish roe rice balls. Packed it home and dug in properly.

Basic side dishes for wrapping, plus lettuce and perilla leaves. I especially love those shredded chili peppers!

Cheongmi King Jokbal: chewy skin, tender meat

Wow, isn't the presentation crazy? I thought about getting half-and-half but got the plain since my kid can't handle the spicy fire-trotter version!

That chewy texture on the skin part — wow ㅜㅜ The meat was so tender too! Definitely felt like a jokbal restaurant in a different league — truly worthy of being a famous Sejong jokbal spot!

Wrapping it up like this, I really needed a drink~~~ Ah, but I'm off alcohol right now.

Can't just have one glass of Chum Churum, guess I'll finish the bottle. Next time I'll book ahead instead of takeout and eat at Naseong-dong restaurant Cheongmigwan in person!! It's definitely a Sejong Naseong-dong jokbal restaurant worth visiting whenever you're craving jokbal in Sejong!

Eating with kids? Add the flying fish roe rice balls

Oh my gosh, what is this! My kid loves roe rice balls, but why is this one so good?

I've genuinely never seen a place pack in this much roe!! I was moved by the sheer amount of roe in this rice ball ㅜㅜㅜ Seriously... wow.

If you're eating out in Naseong-dong with kids, feeding them jokbal and roe rice balls is an absolutely filling combo! I ordered the flying fish roe rice balls after seeing another blog post add them, and my kid's satisfaction level was through the roof!

A stop after Sejong Arboretum or Sejong Lake Park

On the weekend, after visiting Sejong Arboretum or Sejong Lake Park, stop by Cheongmigwan for a delicious dinner course.

If you're looking for a good restaurant near Sejong Arboretum after visiting with your kids, eating a family meal at Naseong-dong restaurant Cheongmigwan is a great option!

Or instead of hunting for restaurants near Sejong Lake Park with the kids, on a nice day you can do what we did — get jokbal to go and enjoy it at Sejong Lake Park or at home, which is also a great option,

Also, if you're heading out to the lake park and want snacks or delivery food like chicken, you could just order delivery from Cheongmigwan or get jokbal to go and bring it along!

The domestic pork foreleg meat was tender and the jokbal skin was chewy, so it tasted great. The roe rice ball had so much roe packed in that it went really well with the jokbal.
