The outdoor terrace at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is exactly the spot for this weather. There's even an elephant-shaped AC unit so you can stay cool.
You usually have to brace for a wait on weekends, but this time we walked right in with no waiting
It's always packed whenever I come to this Cheonan café, Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, but once you taste the baked treats you get why it's always full (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧
The staff at Brewers are always so kind, too, so I always end up leaving in a good mood
They also sell dessert gift sets and coffee beans — if you want to buy beans, just ask a staff member
The restroom is at the very back of the store. It's unisex, but pretty clean

Besides coffee, Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch also has a good range of non-coffee drinks. You can swap the beans, get decaf, switch to oat milk, add a shot, or add syrup.
The signature drinks are Brewers Coffee and 041 Coffee. Lately I've only been getting iced americanos every time, so it's been a while since I had a signature — but Brewers Coffee comes topped with almond cream, so it's sweet and delicious. Recommended! ☕️

My boyfriend had the milk tea last time and ordered the vanilla latte this time — he said both were delicious. And the iced americano goes so well with financiers ❣️
We ordered three baked treats total — two financiers, one madeleine. There was a bit of a miscommunication with my boyfriend so we ended up with a different madeleine than planned, so I'll have to go back for the pecan espresso madeleine next time ㅎ.ㅎ
Why the vanilla macadamia financier became my new favorite
Brewers' vanilla macadamia financier is ₩3,500. I never had a favorite financier at Brewers before, but as of this day, vanilla macadamia is now my favorite financier ,,🤎 The macadamia has this crunchy bite and it's soooo good. Why did I only try this now 🥹 The combo of vanilla bean and macadamia is the best
Crème brûlée madeleine, 3,600 won
The crème brûlée madeleine is ₩3,600. It had a strong egg flavor, which reminded me of egg tart. Sweet and soft — delicious
Nunettine financier, 3,500 won
The Nunettine financier is ₩3,500. The moment I saw the name Nunettine I figured it wouldn't be great, and of course it was amazing! The apple jam made it even sweeter and more delicious. A textbook crisp-outside-chewy-inside financier — the best
The photo booth on the Brewers Coffee terrace
Sitting by the window at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, I could see the photo booth out on the terrace. Has anyone tried it? I'm curious how the photos turn out. Since you're already at the café, might as well snap some pictures haha
The vibe and the desserts are always great no matter when I come, so this has become my favorite café in Sinbu-dong — it's the first place that comes to mind whenever I recommend a Cheonan café 👍🏻
