Yeosu café with a coconut-topped avocado smoothie: Avocado Yeosu
In short
Avocado Yeosu is a fresh-avocado café a 4-minute walk from Isunsin Square in Yeosu. The writer stopped in with her father for a 4,800-won caffe latte and a 7,500-won avocado smoothie, then packed an 8,500-won banh mi (Vietnamese baguette sandwich) to eat at home. The thick smoothie with its coconut topping and the bigger-than-a-fist banh mi both lived up to the price at Avocado Yeosu.

Tired of the same old coffee every time? The place I'm introducing today is an avocado specialty café right in the heart of Isunsin Square in Yeosu 🥑 The rich, nutty avocado flavor is so addictive I kept thinking about it 🥺 If you're coming to Yeosu, here's the avocado smoothie spot you have to try :)

Where is Avocado Yeosu, and where do you park?
Avocado Yeosu is just a 4-minute walk from Isunsin Square, the heart of Yeosu sightseeing, and only 1–2 minutes on foot from a public parking lot, so it's easy to park and stop by 🚗

Getting to have the avocado drink I once had in Bali here in Yeosu — I headed over with my heart racing 😆

A Vietnamese-owned café that uses fresh avocados
Avocado Yeosu, this café near Isunsin Square, uses fresh fruit avocado instead of frozen, so the avocado drinks have an even better texture and taste 😋 They also sell Vietnamese banh mi!
The owner is Vietnamese, and with Vietnamese music playing in the shop, my expectations for the drink went up even more 🆙

Benefits of avocado ✔️ Cardiovascular health: rich in unsaturated fats, good for cholesterol and blood vessel health ✔️ Satiety: contains fat and dietary fiber ✔️ Gut health ✔️ Skin health

Avocado Yeosu menu and how ordering works
This is the menu board at Avocado Yeosu, the go-to avocado smoothie spot in Yeosu. The menu was simple. I debated between avocado coffee and avocado smoothie, and went with the smoothie!

Inside Avocado Yeosu: seating for two
While the drinks were being made, I looked around the shop. The interior was decorated so cutely that it was fun just to look around 💚

There's a black-and-white photo booth by the entrance, which looked great for making memories.

This is what the interior looks like! There were 12 tables total, all two-seaters, so if you're dining in with a bigger group you'll probably need to split up.

The wood-and-light-green interior gives it a forest kind of feel 🌳 Overall it was easy on the eyes and quite healing.

The 4,800-won caffe latte my dad ordered
We ordered our drinks and an avocado banh mi, and since the banh mi was made to order, the drinks came out first ☕️ Here's the caffe latte my dad ordered! My dad, who normally only drinks convenience store coffee, said it was clearly different and delicious — and finished it in 3 minutes flat.

There's water and syrup available on one side of the shop, so add some if you need to.

Avocado smoothie, 7,500 won: the coconut topping makes it
And here's the avocado smoothie I ordered 🥑 Doesn't it look delicious just from the color? Honestly, fresh avocado is pricey, so ₩7,500 feels a bit steep at first, right? But it's the kind of flavor that makes you nod along after one sip — I genuinely want to drink it every day 🥺
I worried a smoothie might give me brain freeze, but as you can see in the gif, it wasn't that bad ❗️ Just the right amount of cold to enjoy comfortably.

On top of the rich, thick avocado smoothie there's a sprinkle of coconut topping, and this is genuinely a stroke of genius…👍🏻 The smoothie alone is already delicious, but biting into coconut bits here and there adds fun texture — total kicker!!

They clearly didn't hold back on the fresh avocado — it's so thick and delicious that I kept getting happier with every sip, not gonna lie..❤️ Way better than the avocado coffee I had in Australia!!

They give a free gift for receipt reviews, so make sure to participate and grab yours 🙂

Avocado banh mi to go, 8,500 won: bigger than a fist
And I packed the banh mi to eat at home.

It's a Vietnamese-style baguette filled with beef bulgogi, vegetables, and avocado slices. When ordering, the owner asked whether I wanted cilantro or not, so you can have it your way 🙂

Honestly, when I first heard the banh mi was ₩8,500 I thought it was a bit pricey, but it's really big 🙄 I cut it in half, and one half was way bigger than my fist.

Soft bread packed full of vegetables and beef bulgogi — a truly wholesome, filling meal 🤍 I ate it feeling good, no guilt at all.
Run by a Vietnamese owner, <Avocado Yeosu> is Yeosu's go-to avocado smoothie spot — tastes great and it's good for you, so isn't that two birds with one stone?? I won't admit that I can't resist going back within a few days because the flavor is that addictive, but I'm recommending this café near Isunsin Square in Yeosu ☺️
