Riverside, this Gijang pasta restaurant in Ilgwang, is located at 582-44 Ilgwang-ro, Ilgwang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan. It's near Sinpyeongso Park, so the view is great and it's easy to find. There's also plenty of parking in front of the restaurant, so even beginner drivers don't need to worry haha. It's so spacious that it's plenty even on weekends!!!

For reference, the hours are daily 10:30-20:30. It's a place where you can eat all day, from brunch to lunch to dinner.

Inside Riverside: seating and the ocean-view window tables

This is the inside of Riverside. The interior itself has a upscale, clean atmosphere, but through the window, the cute little ocean view of Sinpyeongso Park just pops into your eyes — amazing, right? haha

The interior is quite spacious, and there's a separate room-like space, so it looked great for coming with a group for a meal. Of course, it's also perfect for a date haha. For reference, there were plenty of kids' chairs too, so it looked really good for coming with family for a meal.

This is Riverside's menu board. From steak to pasta, risotto, pizza, and other Western dishes, you can also get coffee and other drinks. With each menu item, you can get a coffee or other basic drink at a discounted price, so it's nice that you can do restaurant + café all in one here. You don't even need to move locations, you can do it all right here haha.

Tasting Riverside's Margherita pizza, abalone risotto and ragu pasta

After thinking it over, we ordered Margherita pizza, abalone risotto, and ragu pasta. Once we ordered, they gave us pre-meal bread, one per person — it seemed freshly baked and warm, and dipping it in olive balsamic oil got my appetite going right away, you know?

The main dishes came out too~ The ragu pasta uses homemade noodles, and the moment I saw it, I thought, oh, this is the real deal! The abalone risotto also had generous, neatly arranged pieces of abalone in it — wow haha, everyone was satisfied saying there was so much abalone.

The pizza was also surprisingly delicious. Even though it was a weekday lunch, so many people came that I was surprised, but honestly, the space, atmosphere, and taste were all satisfying for the price, so I recommend it!
