There's a parking lot behind the building, so it was convenient to visit by car. That said, the parking space isn't very large, so it might be hard to find a spot during busy hours — worth keeping in mind.

Rama & Bavana Suseong Lake Branch is on the 2nd floor of the building. There's a separate waiting area right in front of the entrance, with chairs set up so you can sit while you wait if there's a line.

Rama & Bavana Suseong Lake Branch has an overall clean yet cozy vibe that I really liked. It's decorated in white and wood tones, which made the space feel warm and comfortable.

The seating is fairly spacious too, so it looks like a good spot for gatherings or family meals.

The seat we sat at had an open window, so cool breezes came in and it never felt stuffy. Suseong Lake came into full view outside the window too, so we got to enjoy the scenery along with our meal, which was even better.

Butter garlic shrimp: how plump was it?

The butter garlic shrimp came out first, and just look at that visual~?? The portion was seriously generous 👍

It looked appetizing with a generous salad and big chunky shrimp 😍. The shrimp had a plump, springy bite, and you could taste the rich, savory flavor of the butter with a hint of garlic adding depth. The sauce was well soaked into the shrimp, so it was delicious on its own, and even better paired with rice.

Chicken curry with butter garlic naan

The chicken curry had softly cooked chicken and a rich, fragrant curry flavor that really came through. Rather than being intensely spicy, it had a mild, savory taste that was easy to eat without any burden. The butter garlic naan we ordered alongside it was chewy while warm, with the savory flavor of butter and a subtle garlic aroma coming through — delicious. Dipping the naan generously into the curry worked really well, and it let us enjoy every last bit of the curry sauce.

Violet India pizza: does pizza work with curry?

The Violet India pizza caught the eye right away with its colorful visual 🫢. The dough was chewy, and combined with the toppings and cheese, it had a savory, clean flavor. Eating it alongside the curry dishes made for a different combination from your usual pizza, so it was a fun, unusual way to enjoy it.
