Seoul Station bakery's last fall fig baguette of the day: Dance Dance

In short

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a tofu cream cheese baguette sandwich shop on B3 of Grand Central, one minute from Seoul Station Exit 4. On a weekend afternoon the fall-limited fig pistachio baguette was down to its last few, and the soft baguette, filled with cream right after ordering, even passed the writer's mom's taste test. The price felt steep at first, but Dance Dance Dance is worth trying at least once.

Today's story is about trying the fall-limited fig pistachio baguette at the famous sandwich shop Dance Dance Dance. I'd seen this place all over SNS and YouTube and, as a certified bread lover, I'd always been curious — finally, finally got to try it! 💟

Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, and what are its hours?

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a 1-minute walk from Seoul Station Exit 4, at B306-2 on B3 of Grand Central. It's open daily 7:00–19:00, offers 1 hour of free building parking, and you can also order through Naver.

Just walk into the Grand Central building right outside the station and take the escalator down to B1 ➰

I was worried it'd feel cramped being underground, but the ceilings were high and the interior felt spacious — no stuffy vibe at all! If anything, it had a luxe hotel-lounge feel ✨

If you're a bread lover, it's hard not to know Dance Dance Dance... I finally got to visit a place I'd only seen on Instagram! I was excited even before picking a menu.

Store seating filled with weekend lunch customers

The seating inside was pretty spacious. It was a weekend lunch hour and there were quite a lot of people — of course, it's a famous spot... 🫢

Baguettes and bread on display

Just looking at the bread got my expectations up haha

Menu and the three fall seasonal baguettes

Dance Dance Dance is famous for its baguette sandwiches made with tofu cream 🌀 They range from sweet, nutty tofu cream cheese baguettes that work like dessert, to more meal-like sandwiches like chicken breast, jambon jalapeño, and ham and egg — so many kinds that I wanted to try one of each❣️

The basic baguette sandwich menu lets you swap the bread for ciabatta, so you can enjoy it to your taste. For 🍁fall seasonal menu🍁, Dance Dance Dance had

  • Fig matcha baguette
  • Fig pistachio baguette
  • Corn tofu cream cheese baguette

ready. Since the seasonal menu comes in limited quantities and can sell out, check the remaining stock through Naver ordering beforehand!

Signage for the three fall seasonal menu items

With the weather warming up lately, a lot of people have been running. Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is currently running a 'Dance Run' event where you get a coffee discount if you show proof of a run 🏃💨💨 A cold coffee after running is love 💕 It'd also be great to stop by for a quick meal when heading to Seoul Station for the KTX, or grab one to go before boarding the train. If you're looking for a brunch spot near Seoul Station, I recommend Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station.

Honest review: fig pistachio baguette

My reason for visiting was exactly this: the fall-limited seasonal 🥖fig pistachio baguette🥖. I was worried it'd sell out fast since it's so popular, but luckily there was still stock left on a weekend afternoon.

Fig pistachio baguette packaged to go

They don't pre-make the sandwiches — they fill the tofu cream cheese fresh right after you order! The packaging was so pretty too, perfect for taking to a picnic these days 🧺

Cross-section of the baguette filled with fig slices and pistachio cream

The baguette was packed with fig jam, 4 slices of well-ripened fig, and pistachio cream. Crushed pistachio bits were sprinkled on top too, adding texture and a nutty flavor 🤤 So visually lovely ㅠㅠ 🫶🏻🫶🏻

The soft baguette texture that even mom approved

I gave it a pass the second I took a bite. The baguette bread itself was so delicious... 😍 Especially since a baguette my mom actually calls delicious is rare even among Seoul's famous bakeries — Dance Dance Dance is fundamentally good at bread.

This is absolutely not the kind of baguette that scrapes up your mouth ❌!! It's a bit softer than a regular baguette, and the texture isn't too pronounced or harsh, which made it a great fit for sandwiches 🥖

Fig + pistachio = 🖤 If you're a fig-and-pistachio lover like me, you have to try this. They say figs are especially delicious this fall, and the ones used here were indeed fresh and tasty.

The pistachio tofu cream cheese was seriously generous... The pistachio flavor wasn't artificial — it had a rich, real-nut taste! It blended harmoniously with the nutty tofu cream cheese, sweet and savory and just flawless❣️

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is also famous for its coffee. They gave me a drip bag as a free gift ☕️

I went in with big expectations for Dance Dance Dance ‼️ Honestly, at first I thought the price was a bit steep, but after trying it — with the crisp-outside-soft-inside baguette, the pistachio tofu cream, and well-ripened fall figs — it's a special flavor you can only get at Dance Dance Dance, and I felt it was worth trying at least once 💟

Is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station worth the price?

Dance Dance Dance is so famous among bread lovers, and once I tried it, I immediately understood why it's so popular. If you're looking for a sandwich spot near Seoul Station, Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station would be a choice you won't regret.
