Low Five Sinpung is at 1F, 32 Sinpung-ro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, near the Ipark Museum of Art. It's open 11:30-21:00 with a break time from 15:00-16:50, and closed every Wednesday.

Low Five actually has two branches in Haenggung-dong — the main branch is near Seonkyung Library, and the Sinpung branch is near the Ipark Museum of Art.

Since it's such a famous restaurant in Haenggung-dong, the wait tends to be long, so I'd recommend checking the waitlist on the CatchTable app and joining the remote line ahead of time.

The exterior is full of European charm, and the atmosphere was really great. There's outdoor seating too, with wood stools that made it feel even more relaxed and casual.

The interior was filled with vintage furniture, and the overall dark atmosphere made it feel even cozier. The lighting and plants placed here and there made it even better • • 🍂❤︎

There were seats where you could sit side by side looking out the window, plus sofa seating, both great for comfortably chatting.

Low Five Sinpung menu and an honest review

Low Five is a Western restaurant centered on pasta and pizza, so I had high expectations. There were two of us, so we ordered one pasta, one pizza, and a salad on the side. You order by scanning the QR code.

• Half-and-half pizza (Tex-Mex taco • hot pepperoni)
• Vongole pasta

After ordering, they brought over jalapeños and small plates.

Classic Caesar salad

A salad with lemon, ranch dressing, and Reggiano — a light, refreshing dish for starting the meal. I always order a salad at a Western restaurant, and Low Five's wasn't too sharp or overpowering, so I really enjoyed it 🥗

Half-and-half pizza: Tex-Mex taco and hot pepperoni

Low Five Sinpung lets you order pizza half-and-half, so we got Tex-Mex taco and hot pepperoni.

The Tex-Mex taco is a taco-style pizza with a spicy chipotle sauce base, topped with grilled shrimp, hot chicken, bacon, and salsa. They drizzled lime and hot sauce on it first, and if you like cilantro, you can ask for it separately! It's a signature menu item you can only get at the Sinpung branch, and it has this exotic pizza flavor that's really something 🥺 Highly recommend getting it as a half-and-half.

The hot pepperoni pizza is topped with pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, jalapeños, and basil — the salty, spicy pepperoni and jalapeños were so good we finished it completely.

Vongole pasta

The vongole pasta had this savory flavor lingering in my mouth the whole time I was eating — the clams were delicious and paired really well with the arugula.

The seasoning was just right and the noodles were cooked perfectly, so I scraped up every bit of the sauce haha. I'm curious about their other pastas too, so this is a place I'd want to revisit 🍝!

Is Low Five Sinpung worth it as a Haenggung-dong date spot?
