Parking entrance tips and melon sorbet at Kuu Kuu Nowon, Seoul sushi
In short
Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch is a 300-pyeong sushi buffet on the 6th floor of Seoul Oncheon Building in Nowon-gu, Seoul. Visiting with family for dinner, the writer tried Norwegian raw salmon sashimi, lamb chops, LA galbi, and melon sorbet, skipping the unlimited draft beer since she was off alcohol that month. The parking entrance is at the back of the building and newer Kia Carnival vans can't fit, so it's worth checking ahead.

Today I came to Nowon with my family to eat sushi — Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch! haha ^^

Exterior & interior, and the parking entrance
I looked at all the banners and the entrance logo, fighting off hunger, before finally going in ^^
I especially loved the spacious, comfortable space of over 300 pyeong and its bright, relaxed atmosphere.
The location is 6th floor, Seoul Oncheon Building, 247 Nowon-ro, Nowon-gu. The parking entrance is at the back of the building, and it was trickier to find than I expected... apparently newer Kia Carnival vans can't park there. I'd recommend checking ahead before you visit ^^
- The parking entrance is at the back of the building.
- On weekends and holidays there are many visitors, so parking may not go smoothly — thanks for your understanding.
- 2 hours free parking available with Seoul Oncheon Building parking.
- If the Seoul Oncheon Building lot is full, parking isn't available, so please use a nearby paid lot separately.
Unlimited draft beer for ₩0 event
Kuu Kuu Nowon's unlimited draft beer for ₩0. Seeing that event banner made me regret being off alcohol this month lol

Not Filite — it's unlimited Kelly and Terra draft beer.
You can drink after ordering... ^^ But if you join the review event, the unlimited draft worth ₩5,900 is free, so you might as well join, right~?

It's set up nicely for self-pouring. Next time, count me in~
A lap around the food stations
Looking at the long rows of food, I thought, wow, this place really has a lot of dishes — and it truly did, so much.

Before digging in, let's take a look at the salads first ^^

There's a lot of tea on display too. So many kinds of herbal tea... and such a variety of juices, which I loved. Too bad I was too full to have a cup of tea~~ lol (there was even ube latte!)

Gold kiwi / raspberry / papaya / hallabong tangerine smoothie slush. Students and kids would love these~ There were a lot of high schoolers there, and they were drinking these enthusiastically lol
Fried food & pizza
Bread-wrapped espresso rolls, hot dogs, kimmari (seaweed noodle rolls), french fries. Fresh and delicious right off the fryer.
Two delicious thin-crust pizzas — pepperoni and gorgonzola.
Grilled dishes
Smoked duck is a new item, but I heard it's only on the weekday dinner & weekend/holiday menu.

The tender lamb chops, full of their distinct flavor, are available all day, and the pork ribs were great too.
Smoked duck, pork, crab, shrimp.
Sushi & raw salmon
#sushi #rolls #gunkan (battleship sushi) — genuinely delicious.
With such a huge variety laid out, it's fun to taste one thing after another. Especially the salmon sushi came in several varieties, and my family loved it. Raw shrimp sushi, soy-marinated shrimp sushi, beef sushi — so many kinds to try, it was great. The only downside was that I couldn't drink the unlimited draft beer since I'm off alcohol this month, which just means I'll have to come back again ^^

The halibut sushi and salmon sushi have also been upgraded — they say the fish slices are now bigger than before, and they use mudan (peony) shrimp for a more upgraded shrimp flavor.
Norwegian raw salmon sashimi isn't even at Kuu Kuu Gold — it's exclusive to the Nowon branch — on the weekday dinner & weekend/holiday menu.

The raw salmon got refilled quickly, so I tried every cut — all so delicious and fresh. The best^^

Gunkan sushi with beef, eel, and more — trying each one, one by one... lol I nearly burst^^

Salads and drinks
A wide variety of salads. Honestly, the sweet pumpkin was the best.
You should eat these in small amounts, since too much gets rough on the stomach lol — but I still went back for a second helping.
The soda dispenser has cola, zero cola, cider, and zero cider. Zero drinks are so popular these days. Adults and kids alike~~
Chocolate fondue, bunsik, and LA galbi
For the chocolate fondue, you use wooden skewers ^^
I also carefully topped my waffle with whipped cream.
Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) and sundae (Korean blood sausage) / gamjatang (pork bone soup) fried rice.
Definitely try the LA galbi too.

With so many different dishes, it's great that you can eat according to your taste.
Cream shrimp, chili shrimp. Pumpkin porridge is sweet.
Ice cream & Dippin' Dots-style ice cream
Strawberry, choco bonbon, sparkling star, cookies & cream, vanilla together, melon sorbet, lemon sorbet. There were so many flavors to try, and the melon sorbet was really good.

The Dippin' Dots-style ice cream comes in milk chocolate, strawberry sorbet, banana split, and rainbow.
A whopping 4 flavors of that little bead-like ice cream! It used to be weekday dinner and weekend menu only, but now it's been upgraded so you can enjoy it at lunch too, haha. Kids absolutely love this ice cream, so I imagine it'll be popular during school break.
Fruit and desserts

Pies and cakes. The crepe cake feels really upscale.
Fruit selection: grapefruit, melon, watermelon, pineapple, chamoe (Korean melon), orange, apple, mango. The watermelon was so sweet~
I took photos of the tastiest dishes I had during my visit ^^
The dish my family ranked #1
LA galbi was unanimously my family's top pick — everyone said it was delicious. If you visit during dinner time, I definitely recommend trying it.
I recommend Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch^^
