There's one thing about doing my makeup that low-key annoys me every time — curling my lashes with an eyelash curler haha. I swear I clamp both sides the exact same way, but somehow they end up asymmetrical?! 🤣

From the name alone I assumed it was just a waxing specialist shop, but it turns out you can get lash lifts, quick brow, and pedi planing here too, alongside waxing ❗️

You can get several kinds of treatment done in one visit, so this seems really convenient for anyone who finds it a hassle to hop between different beauty shops 💡

And rather than just being a place that does a bit of everything, it's apparently been a dedicated waxing salon since 2014…!!! Twelve years of waxing experience — I was surprised it's been running for so long 🫢🫢🫢

They also said they've had 18,000 members total and have veteran waxers on staff, so it's clearly a place with a lot of experience when it comes to waxing :) I came for a lash lift this time, but if you're looking for Gangnam Station waxing, this place is worth checking out too~💗

Another thing I liked was that group bookings are possible!👭✨ Nu Waxing & Brow can treat up to 4 people at the same time 👍🏻

So it's great to come alone, but you could also come with friends, sisters, or as a couple, and each get the treatment you want at the same time! Meeting a friend near Gangnam Station, grabbing a meal, and squeezing in treatments before heading to a café sounds like a fun plan too 😆😆😆

Treatments happen in private rooms, so you barely run into other customers and can relax in a quiet setting~~🌿

Now let me show you what my lashes looked like before the treatment…! I do get lash lifts regularly, so they weren't completely flat, but ㅠㅠㅠ

Over time the curl had gradually loosened and the lashes were pointing in slightly different directions 🥹 In particular, they kept drooping down and poking my eyes, which was low-key bothering me ㅠㅠ

So this time I decided to get a lash lift to tidy everything up overall while naturally lifting the lashes that had been poking my eyes ~~~~~👀✨

What changed after the no-glue lash lift

After relaxing in a private space, the treatment was over before I knew it!💖 Lying there with my eyes closed, the time passed way faster than I expected haha

Ta-da〰️ Before the treatment, the curl had loosened a lot so my lashes drooped down and pointed every which way, but after — they're lifted up neatly and my eyes look way more defined…!!!!🥹💗

Especially the lashes that kept poking my eyes — they're now neatly lifted upward and so much more comfortable 😉 And just like I wanted, the curl came out natural rather than too tightly lifted, which I really liked haha

It'd been a while since my last lash lift, but with the curl lifted so neatly my eyes look more defined, and I get to enjoy not curling my lashes every morning.
