I was looking for a brunch spot and found Famous Venny. This place opens at 8am — there aren't actually that many places in Yangsan where you can get brunch that early, so it seemed handy for early morning meetups.

Is parking easy at this Beomeo brunch café in Yangsan?
The Oslo Park parking lot where Famous Venny is located has plenty of space, so it's pretty easy to come by car. You get 2 hours free parking, and you can take the escalator straight up from the lot to the café — finding the place wasn't hard at all.

Open at 8am, and are dogs allowed at Famous Venny?
Famous Venny's Oslo Park branch opens from 8am, which is great if you want brunch early. There really aren't that many places in Yangsan serving brunch from the morning, so this is worth remembering.
Dogs are welcome too. There's a sign for it in the photos, so if you're looking for a brunch spot to bring your dog to, this could work.

What does Famous Venny look like from outside?
With a white awning and floor-to-ceiling glass, the overall first impression was clean and neat, and there was a patch of green lawn in front of the store too.

Inside Famous Venny: seating and solo brunch
Inside is white with bright wood tones. The store is laid out in a long, single line. The tables weren't cramped, and there were quite a few seats further inside.

Since it opens from 8am, it seemed like a good spot to come alone for morning coffee too. There's a mix of table sizes, so solo dining or solo brunch didn't feel awkward at all. Since it opens early, it also looked good for morning meetups or a coffee before work.

Dukes Coffee beans and the tea list
Oh — they use Dukes Coffee beans here too. It's known as a specialty coffee roaster from Melbourne, Australia, so I figured I had to try the coffee along with brunch haha.

They also had a good variety of teas. They're lined up by type like this, so if you don't drink coffee, you could just pick a tea instead.

What we ordered at Famous Venny and what it cost
- Eggs in Hell ₩15,000
- Smoked Salmon Toast ₩17,000
- Garlic Butter Egg ₩14,000
- Extra smoked salmon ₩5,000
- Americano ₩5,500

Iced americano with Dukes Coffee beans
They say the coffee uses beans roasted directly in Australia by Dukes Coffee. I was curious how it'd taste since it's billed as organic specialty coffee.
Oh — the coffee was really good. My friend who came with me took one sip and immediately said the coffee was delicious haha. Brunch is brunch, but if you love coffee, you have to try this place. Personally, I'd strongly recommend the coffee! ☕

Smoked salmon toast with extra salmon
I added extra salmon to the smoked salmon toast. The portion of salmon was generous and it wasn't fishy at all — pretty good.

I took it all apart and ate the egg, salmon, and arugula together haha. Eating it this way was way easier. Looking at the menu, a lot of dishes here include egg, so I personally liked that you could get some protein in while having brunch.

Eggs in hell
The eggs in hell wasn't the thick, rich style I'd expected — the sauce was a bit thinner. There were nuts mixed in, giving it a bit of crunch here and there, and I popped the egg yolk and ate it all together.

The bread here was genuinely delicious. The outside was toasted crispy, and when I dipped it into the eggs in hell — oh, I just kept reaching for more haha.

Garlic butter egg: is the spice too strong?
This was a flavor I'd never had before, so it was a bit unusual. It's yogurt with chili garlic butter and egg mixed in, and it wasn't sweet at all like I expected.
Instead, it had a fairly strong spice flavor — I took one bite and thought, oh, so this is what it tastes like haha. Mixing the egg and yogurt together and putting it on bread felt different again. It's definitely a different flavor from your usual brunch, so I think it might be a bit polarizing.

Is Famous Venny Yangsan Oslo Park Branch worth it?
First off, I loved that you can get brunch in Yangsan starting at 8am. Parking was easy and the store was clean, so it also worked well for morning meetups. The menu isn't just standard brunch either — there were dishes I'd never tried before, like the garlic butter egg, so it was fun to pick and choose.
The coffee is what stuck with me most. Even my friend who came along said it was delicious, so the coffee was genuinely great haha. ☕ This is a place I'd like to come back to for a casual morning coffee and brunch.
