Three dishes ordered at Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch

At Rolling Pasta near Suwon Station, we ordered three menu items and ate until we were completely full haha. The prices are on the lower side too, so it's great value — even splitting three dishes between two people, it ended up just the right amount~~

Inside Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch: seating on a late lunch visit

The Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch was clean and pleasant. The seats were spacious too, so it was a comfortable spot to enjoy lunch without feeling cramped~ Since it's a well-known Suwon Station favorite, it's usually packed especially at lunchtime, but since we went a bit later that day, there weren't too many customers haha.

There was a self-serve bar set up like this! Instead of plain water, it's actually lemon water — and drinking a cold glass of that really washed away the heat haha. And you can also take as much pickle as you like on a small plate!

Weekday discounts that change by day

Rolling Pasta near Suwon Station also runs a discount event on select menu items, limited to weekdays~~ It's already such a great-value Suwon restaurant, but with the weekday discount on top, it's even more reasonable, right? haha The discounted menu changes by day, so it's worth checking before you go on a weekday!

The three dishes two people shared

Rolling Pasta near Suwon Station really has a wide variety of pasta, plus pizza, steak doria, pilaf, and more! After much deliberation, we ordered two pastas and one doria haha.

The pasta came out first! We ordered the steak cream pasta and the seafood oil pasta~~ Getting one oil-based and one cream-based made for an even better combo haha. We like both kinds, so ordering two different types worked out really well! The presentation is so good too haha.

Finally the beef brisket doria arrived, and all three of our dishes were on the table~~ All three looked incredibly appetizing haha. The moment we saw the pasta, we were surprised by how much bigger the portions were than we expected! Rolling Pasta portions are usually not that large, but at the Suwon Station branch the servings were generous haha.

How does the seafood oil pasta taste?

The seafood oil pasta is a basic oil-based pasta with chili added for a spicy kick haha. It comes with shrimp, clams, and squid, and just looking at it made it seem so appetizing! If you love seafood, I strongly recommend this dish.

The seasoning base itself was spicy but had a lively savory depth, so it was really delicious! The noodles were also boiled just right — soft but not mushy, which I really liked haha. Eating the chewy squid and clams alongside made every bite even more enjoyable><

We shared the plump shrimp nicely between us haha. Overall the amount of seafood was solid and it was fresh, so we ate it happily~ The seafood oil pasta is clean-tasting, so anyone who's not a fan of heavy, greasy food would really be satisfied with it!

Steak cream pasta: a generous portion of noodles

Next up is the steak cream pasta! The steak is cut into neat little cubes on top, and it looked so delicious haha. The brown sauce drizzled over it also seemed to add even more flavor!

What I really liked about the steak cream pasta was that the portion was genuinely generous haha. Rolling Pasta near Suwon Station is great value, but the noodle portions are also generous, so we got to eat until we were full~~ The thickness and texture of the noodles were just right, and the cream sauce was smooth and nutty.

There was a good amount of steak in it too haha. The soft, savory steak was cut into neat cubes, and it wasn't tough at all, which made it even more satisfying! The nutty cream sauce and the steak went really well together~~ The cream sauce wasn't too thick, but it had chili mixed in for a slight spiciness and savory depth, which makes it perfect if you want to enjoy a lighter cream dish haha.

Beef brisket doria is on the spicy side

Next up is the beef brisket doria! This is the dish I always order without fail whenever I come to Rolling Pasta haha. It's a spicy dish, so I'd especially recommend it for people who like spicy food rather than kids who can't handle spice~

A spoonful of beef brisket doria with stretching cheese

The beef brisket doria was the only rice dish among the three we ordered, and maybe that's why it felt especially filling and delicious haha. On top of the rich doria, mozzarella cheese was piled on generously and stretched out in long strings~~ The beef brisket mixed in was also really savory, and the sauce itself was quite spicy, which cut through the richness perfectly — so good haha.

If you're looking for a good restaurant near Suwon Station or want to enjoy a light Western-style lunch, I highly recommend Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch~~!
