After finding out that some friends' skin issues I never realized were actually acne, I've been paying more attention to my skincare lately...! I had some small acne bumps that kept bothering me, so I visited V Medispa, a Bupyeong skincare hotspot known for great extractions ☺️
Where is V Medispa in Bupyeong, and how do you book and park?
V Medispa is an appointment-only esthetic clinic on the 5th floor of Paraum, 1415 Gyeongwon-daero, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. I booked ahead and arrived on time. It's close to Bupyeong Station so it's easy to reach by public transit, and the building offers 2 hours of free parking, so it's also convenient if you're driving!
They have a wide variety of devices and products — apparently it's the shop with the most equipment among esthetic clinics in Bupyeong.
One-on-one skin consultation and membership options
The strength of V Medispa Bupyeong is its 1:1 custom care — your assigned therapist personally checks your skin condition and handles everything from consultation to treatment, so you get truly individualized care.
They also run a membership program. Based on a questionnaire I filled out beforehand, they carefully checked things like lifestyle, eating habits, and skin concerns. After a close look at my skin in the treatment room, we decided on the care that suited my condition.
Private treatment room: cleansing and acne extraction
V Medispa's treatment rooms are private singles, so I could stay comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Since there's a light decollete treatment involved, it's best to take off necklaces or earrings beforehand.
First, I had a gentle, careful cleansing. After cleansing, they check your skin and do extractions if needed — I had a lot of little bumps on my chin at the time, so they extracted them very thoroughly haha.
What the Cold V plasma facial and decollete healing care feel like
Based on my skin condition, they recommended a treatment called Cold V — a low-temperature plasma care that restores the skin barrier. It used an ampoule from Archfit, V Medispa's own in-house esthetic brand made by the director.
They applied a generous amount of ampoule to my face and used the plasma device to help the active ingredients absorb well. My skin felt cool and there was no irritation at all, which I loved.
While waiting for the ampoule to absorb, I also got a decollete healing care — my shoulders, back, and neck were all tense, and the soft, careful care felt really healing.
They put a clay mask on the extracted areas, then finished up with a bi-sang pack over the whole face to help everything absorb well — and that's it!
Finally, they finished with a lacto cream, and that wrapped up the day's treatment. They also sent me home with samples of the products used, suited to my skin, so I could do some home care for a few days afterward ☺️
Testing Archfit, V Medispa's own skincare brand, in the powder room
For reference, Archfit — V Medispa's own in-house cosmetics line used in all their treatments — has quite a wide range: bi-sang pack, toner, cleanser, lacto ampoule, skin booster, gel, azulene oil, cream, lacto cream, and more! I got to try out every product myself and buy them at the powder room inside V Medispa.
Azulene oil is trending these days... they told me mixing it with the skin booster works even better, which got me curious! My toner was also due for a replacement, and this one looked really good.
