Lately I've gotten a little tired of eating Korean or Western food every day, so I went looking for somewhere unusual and lively where I could still eat well — and found this hot Mexican dining spot in Magok!

I went to Taqueros Magok Main Branch and came away completely satisfied — a great Magok date restaurant.

After stepping off the elevator and walking a bit, the exotic, stylish exterior caught my eye right away, so it was easy to find.

Walking into Taqueros Magok Main Branch, you're greeted by cozy yet stylish lighting and colorful, vintage Mexican-style props.

The mood isn't too heavy but still lively and full of atmosphere, so it works well for couples on a Magok date,

and it was also perfect for a Magok anniversary, or a wedding-invitation gathering with friends.

🌮 Whoa, the visuals are wild..👍🏻 The moment the set landed on the table I gasped at how generous and varied it was 🤤 the tacos and fajitas were fully loaded.

The tacos I tried first were packed generously with filling, so every bite had great texture!

After one bite I thought — anyone who loves tacos would be blown away by this.

Beef, pork and shrimp fajita

The fajita came out sizzling on the pan and the visual was just gorgeous 🥹 the portion was pretty big too.

Nicely browned beef, pork, shrimp and sautéed onions were piled high, and it was so much fun wrapping them into warm tortillas with guacamole and sauce however we liked — yeah, that's the taste 🤤

Too much for two: packing the leftover fajita to go

The portion was so huge that the two of us couldn't finish it, and it ended up packed to go — they gave us a neat takeout box so it was easy.

Is Taqueros Magok worth it? Verdict and tips
