I heard there's a pancake spot worth the trip even in Cheonan, so on a day I was suddenly craving soufflé pancakes, I ran straight over — Andamiro Pancake Cheonan, a café in Sinbu-dong 💖

Where is Andamiro Pancake Cheonan, and what are the hours?

Andamiro Pancake Cheonan is on the 2nd floor at 11 Meokgeori 4-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. Hours are 13:00 - 22:00, closed every Tuesday.

This Sinbu-dong café's Cheonan branch is located on the 2nd floor of the building,

and you just walk up a short flight of stairs — on the way up you'll spot pancake posters :)

Each area has a slightly different concept, so honestly every seat looks pretty!

Good for a date, and since the space is big, it also seems fine for coming with a group :)

The system is: check the menu board, then order and pay right away,

and for dessert there are pancakes (Andamiro soufflé, crème brûlée soufflé, lemon soufflé, matcha soufflé, plain soufflé, fig soufflé, matcha brûlée soufflé), croffles (plain, double choco, crème brûlée, brown cheese), and today's fruit,

plus coffee (americano, café latte, matcha latte, chocolate coffee, vanilla bean latte, einspänner, matcha einspänner), non-coffee (Andamiro choco, lemonade, grapefruit ade, apple cinnamon ade, basil tomato ade, green grape ade, lemon tea, grapefruit tea, iced tea, tomato iced tea, rooibos vanilla, chamomile, peach oolong tea, Earl Grey), and ice cream (lemon sorbet, mango sorbet, kiwi sorbet, pineapple sorbet).

Note that pancakes are cooked to order once you order, so it takes about 20-30 minutes :)

Ta-da ❤️ the matcha einspänner and iced americano we ordered, the Andamiro pancake, and the added ice cream too :)

The iced americano used beans with no sourness, just a nutty flavor that hit exactly our taste, and the matcha einspänner's cream wasn't too sweet, letting the bitter matcha flavor come through nicely — dipping the pancake into the matcha cream was also so delicious, so if you order the pancake, you must pair it with the matcha einspänner ❤️

The Andamiro pancake was top-tier from the looks to the taste ❤️ the combo of soft soufflé pancake with fruit and cream is basically love, right? haha

Pineapple, green grapes? Shine Muscat? plus banana, fig, gold kiwi — not a single fruit that wasn't delicious,

Is the 2,000 won vanilla ice cream worth adding?

You can add vanilla ice cream for ₩2,000, and it stretches like cheese, so chewy and delicious! Honestly the ice cream isn't optional, it's essential haha

Between the soufflé pancake and coffee combo, and the staff who were super kind, I left Andamiro Pancake Cheonan, a Sinbu-dong café, feeling great :) Saving this as my go-to spot whenever I want soufflé pancakes near Cheonan!
