Gijang outlet restaurant with a 10-person family table: Bueokgan

Today I'm sharing a story about Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets, a Western restaurant I found in Gijang while looking for somewhere to have lunch during an outlet shopping trip! 🍝🍕

Where is Bueokgan, and what are its hours and parking?

Bueokgan is located at the very end of the 1st floor of the North Zone at Gijang Premium Outlets, opposite No Brand! The address is 1133 Jeonggwan-ro, 1F Unit 180, Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan.

Inside Bueokgan: an interior like a hotel lobby

The moment I opened the door and walked into Bueokgan, the first thing that caught my eye was the clean, upscale interior!

It genuinely felt like walking into a hotel lobby >< There were even magazines ready, so it seemed like waiting wouldn't feel boring at all 📖💕

Once I went further inside, the store was much bigger than I expected, with plenty of tables!

Our table was right here~🧡 The overall vibe was clean yet stylish, so it seemed like a nice spot to visit on a day you want to feel a little special!

They didn't just dress up the entrance — the interior details were thought out throughout the whole store, so I couldn't stop taking photos 📸✨

And there was also a really spacious table here! It looked big enough to comfortably seat 10 people, so it would be great for a big family or a large group dining together haha

Let's take a quick look at the menu first

My son, who was already starving before the food even arrived, waited with his neck stretched out lol😂

Basil pesto cream pasta 🍝💚

True to Gijang's reputation for pasta, this was really delicious ㅠㅠ I loved the thick, rich sauce that's typical of cream pasta!

Adding basil pesto to it cut through the heaviness of the cream while adding that fragrant basil aroma — the combination worked really well together haha

In the end I even scraped up every last bit of sauce lol. That just tells you how good it was…🤭💕

Arugula prosciutto pizza 🍕🌿

The pizza was light yet topped with arugula, so I loved the crisp, crunchy texture!

The prosciutto and arugula went together really well, and it wasn't as heavy as I expected, so I kept reaching for more haha. My husband especially inhaled it in no time lol🤣

And finally, the lasagna!

It was loaded with cheese, so my kid especially loved it haha🧀 They apparently use house-made ragu sauce, and scooping up plenty of sauce and cheese together with the lasagna noodles was genuinely delicious!

It looked so appetizing just visually that even while taking photos I wanted to dig in right away lol. If you're visiting with kids, the lasagna is worth trying too💛

Eating in the North Zone instead of the South Zone: my verdict 🥰

Until now I'd mostly eaten at the food court in the South Zone of Gijang Outlets. This time I ate in the North Zone for the first time in a while, and it was much more satisfying than I expected — I came away happily full😆💕

The store atmosphere was clean and upscale, and the food was delicious too, so it's great for a family meal, and also a good spot to stop by for lunch or dinner in a nice setting while shopping!

Ever since the South Zone was added when Gijang Premium Outlets was remodeled, a lot of people head straight there — but there are good spots in the North Zone too! 🙌🏻 If you're planning an outlet shopping trip, make sure to check out the North Zone as well and fill up on good Western food at Bueokgan~~🥰🍝🍕
