Where is Bueokgan inside the Gijang Shinsegae Outlet?
Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets is in the very back of the outlet's NORTH building, 1st floor, right across from the Daiso building. It's open 10:30 - 20:30 (until 21:00 Fri-Sun), no closed days, and there's parking too.
I heard Shinsegae Outlet in Busan was having a mega sale and went shopping out of curiosity, then ended up stopping by with the kids for lunch — Bueokgan Restaurant, a Western food spot in Gijang. My first loves pasta, my second loves pizza, so Western food is often our go-to for lunch out, and I was so happy to find a good Western restaurant right inside the outlet! Let me give you a thorough, honest review ☺️💛

Not gonna lie, our family mistook it for the new building and wandered around for a while lol. It's the OLD building — old building ❗❗❗
Parking ⭕️ Just use the Shinsegae Outlet parking lot, so no worries there.
Inside Bueokgan: interior and the waiting area
Let's go inside~ Right past the entrance is a spacious, comfy-looking sofa 🙂
Even if there's a wait, you can sit comfortably while you wait, and it also looked like a nice spot to relax for a bit after eating haha.
The interior had a warm, cozy Scandinavian vibe that I really loved 🤍
Tables were spaced generously and there were plenty of seats, making it great for family meals, gatherings, or a date spot.

Arugula prosciutto pizza: did the two kids eat it?
The arugula prosciutto pizza is ₩22,000, topped with prosciutto and arugula.
It's tomato-sauce based so not spicy at all, and the dough was chewy and tasty, so the kids devoured it. The generous topping of fragrant arugula made it extra satisfying 😋
They won't eat arugula if you just give it to them plain, but topped on pizza, they ate it right up lol.
Three pastas at Bueokgan: anchovy oil, carbonara and shrimp rose
Right as we were finishing the pizza, the pastas arrived 🙈
The shrimp anchovy oil pasta (₩18,000) is Bueokgan's own signature oil pasta, where fresh shrimp and anchovy come together in harmony.
The noodles were a bit thicker than regular pasta, giving a nice chewy bite, and the spicy, salty flavor was packed with umami — absolutely delicious 🧡 I'm someone who loves oil pasta so I enjoyed it even more.
There were five plump, springy shrimp on top, so my husband and I got to share them nicely lol.
The carbonara (₩19,000) combines bacon, mushroom, and cream. It's rich, savory, and thick — a big hit with the kids.
Last up was my husband's favorite pasta, the shrimp rose pasta (₩20,000).
It's topped with mushrooms and plump shrimp, and the slightly spicy, smooth sauce was charming. Overall, the noodle doneness suited our family's taste perfectly, making this Western food spot in Gijang even more satisfying 🙂

We stopped by Bueokgan Restaurant, a great Western food spot in Gijang, while out shopping at the outlet. Both the pasta and pizza were delicious and satisfying, and the interior had such a lovely, atmospheric feel that it worked perfectly for a family meal out.
