Wanted something hearty and Korean on Yeongjong Island, so I went with 300°C Seafood Galbi! I was hunting for a good seafood stew spot near Eulwangni and landed here — a place where you can enjoy seafood and braised pork ribs together in one dish.

The signature dish, seafood braised ribs (해물등갈비찜), is ₩59,000 for 2, ₩77,000 for 3, ₩95,000 for 4. Ordered the seafood braised ribs for two at ₩59,000, mild spice, done!!! You can pick your spice level, and I went mild (about Shin Ramyun level) — turned out just right for my taste. 👍

The couple set (₩49,000) comes with stir-fried cuttlefish, seafood pancake, and seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup), so if you want variety, the set menu is the way to go!!!

Seafood braised ribs for two, 59,000 won: two abalones, octopus and squid

Seafood braised ribs for two topped with two whole abalones
Seafood braised ribs loaded with octopus and squid

The seafood braised ribs for two arrived! The first thing that caught my eye was the mountain of seafood piled on top. Two big abalones sat on top, and underneath were octopus, squid, and pork ribs packed in. Loved that you get seafood stew and braised ribs together without having to order them separately.😋😋

I ordered mild spice (about Shin Ramyun level), and the heat level was just right!! Both the ribs and seafood soaked up the sauce beautifully, giving that spicy kick without going overboard.

Gonyi and roe among the stew ingredients
Mushrooms, sweet potato, and cabbage in the stew

Beyond the abalone, octopus, and squid, there was also gonyi (fish roe sac) and roe, plus mushrooms, sweet potato, cabbage, and other vegetables — fun to pick through and eat as you go. Notably, none of the seafood had any fishy taste, and everything was tender and soft overall. The abalone wasn't chewy at all, and the octopus and squid had a springy bite that was easy to enjoy without feeling heavy. With gonyi and roe generously included too, seafood lovers should be really satisfied here. 😊

Tender braised ribs with meat falling off the bone

Personally, the ribs impressed me the most! The meat was so tender it fell right off the bone, and never got chewy. 😆😆 The spicy sauce coated the ribs evenly, so alternating between ribs and seafood worked really well. Getting to enjoy meat alongside the seafood stew makes this the ultimate menu combo. 👍

Self-fried rice for 2,000 won in the leftover sauce

Heart-shaped self-fried rice made in the leftover sauce

My handmade heart-shaped fried rice😋😋 You can't skip fried rice when there's leftover sauce from the seafood braised ribs! Ordered the self-fried rice (₩2,000). Mixed the fried rice kit — seaweed flakes, kimchi, and perilla leaves — right into the leftover seafood braised ribs sauce and fried it up.

Threw in some octopus, squid, and rib meat I'd set aside earlier, and it kept the meal feeling generous right to the end. 😋 If you order the seafood braised ribs, definitely try making fried rice with the leftover sauce!

Ice cream for dessert, 3,000 won

After the meal, there's also ice cream for dessert. 🍦It's priced at ₩3,000.

Receipt review event at 300°C Seafood Galbi

The restaurant also had a receipt review event posted. One attempt per person, and any amount over ₩70,000 must be paid separately. Check with the restaurant when you visit for whether it's running and the exact conditions.

Is 300°C Seafood Galbi worth it for Eulwangni seafood stew?

300°C Seafood Galbi is a great pick when you're out on Yeongjong Island and craving something a bit different from ordinary Korean food. The biggest draw is not having to choose between seafood stew and braised ribs — you get both in one dish. 😋

Loved that the meal felt filling from the main dish all the way through the fried rice, and the spacious dining room meant a relaxed meal with no wait even on a Sunday afternoon. This is a solid reference if you're looking for a good seafood stew place near Eulwangni or a hearty meal before or after visiting Inspire. If you're searching for Club72 restaurants or Korean food on Yeongjong Island and want something a little different from the usual, put 300°C Seafood Galbi on your list! 😊
