A full Western-style spread at Adam

Oh...!!! A Western-style restaurant after so long!! Steak after so long~~ The atmosphere was cozy and dim, and I loved it. I went with my sister-in-law, and both her and my partner had nothing but praise!!! I wanted to go back too!

Adam's calm evening atmosphere

Exterior

From the outside, it looked like a small, cozy restaurant under soft lighting. Kind of a Christmas-y mood!?

Overall, Adam doesn't go for a flashy look — it's more of a dark but soft, calm tone.

Every piece of furniture and every little object feels like it's exactly where it should be, not trying to stand out. It's less of a bright, open café feel and more suited to sitting down in the evening, eating and talking — which makes it great for a blind date haha.

Salad

The pre-meal salad arrives~ With Western food, when bread or salad comes out beforehand, it makes you feel taken care of haha. It was a nice light way to whet the appetite. I love these little touches haha.

What does the white ragu pasta taste like?

The white ragu pasta
Look

Just looking at it you can tell it's nutty and mellow. Rather than an elaborately plated look, the noodles and sauce come together naturally.

First off, the noodles are a bit different from typical pasta noodles. Instead of thin and smooth, they have more bite when you chew. I think I actually prefer noodles like this haha.

One bite in, the flavor was richer and nuttier than expected. The creamy sauce soaked deeply into the noodles, but it wasn't overly heavy or greasy. You get the rich ragu flavor without it feeling heavy, and it keeps you going back for more bite after bite — I'd call it Adam's signature dish.

The texture of the Korean pork belly steak

Look

The moment it arrives, the thick chunk of meat catches your eye. It's cut into big pieces and plated like a proper steak, so it looks quite impressive. You don't even need beef haha.

A full plate of Korean pork belly steak

Slightly crisp outside, soft and juicy inside... is this what they call crispy-outside-tender-inside?? It's a totally different experience from just grilling pork belly — it feels like properly eating a full steak plate.

Between the thick cuts you can really taste the juicy richness typical of pork belly and the nuttiness of the fat. Eating meat really does make a meal feel complete haha.

Potatoes served with the pork belly steak
Potatoes

Potatoes come with it too, and they were tasty.

The fusion combo of the mandu tomato stew

The mandu tomato stew
Look

It was so surprising to see mandu (Korean dumplings) sitting on top of tomato soup haha. I guess that's what makes it a fusion dish?

Mandu

There's shrimp inside the mandu too, and there's something special about the flavor. We agreed it seemed like the mandu were handmade haha. They were much more delicious than expected — definitely not the mass-produced kind!!

Tangy tomato sauce with mandu
Taste

The tangy sauce and the chunky ingredients went so well together that I kept reaching for more. Western food can get greasy, but having one special dish like this made the whole meal feel balanced.

Wrapping up dinner at Adam
End

It was such a satisfying dinner. Dim, soft lighting. A quiet atmosphere. Delicious food all around. Isn't this the perfect spot for a date??
