I spend my weekdays grinding away at work like a slave, so if I come to get my hair done and the place is too loud and chaotic, my enthusiasm just crumbles away...

Welcome service and zero pressure to buy

As soon as I sat down, they brought a welcome drink, sweet mini yakgwa (Korean honey cookies), and bread, so I got to fill up even before the treatment!

Best of all, there was absolutely no pushy membership pitch or uncomfortable product upselling, which made it so relaxing.

Instead, they honestly recommended a styling tool that was exactly what my hair needed (I had been curious about it), so I went ahead and bought it with my own money right away—what can I say? 😉👍 They even shared all their secret-level self-styling tips, so I think doing my hair at home will be easier too.

A one-on-one hair consultation instead of a perm

I had originally thought I would get a fresh perm for a little change of mood. But my hair was the definition of rough and dry... The ends would not comb through easily.

At another salon, they might have pushed ahead with the perm for an immediate sale. But not here.

When I had my bangs cut somewhere else before, they were cut with no connection at all to the side sections, and it seriously stressed me out, you know? But Designer Suzy completely concealed the less flattering parts of my face shape

and blended everything beautifully with a natural, customized layered cut that brought out only my best features!

Then, after the cut, she finished with a blow-dry—and wow, this place is seriously a blow-dry gem... She completed it exactly the way I wanted, and I walked out feeling completely refreshed every time I looked in the mirror.

“Ah, I really need to grow my hair out diligently and come back for a perm in three months!” It just came out of my mouth. Just judging by the blow-dry alone, this is truly a place that does perms well!
