Is this a good place for butadon lunch near Ewha Womans University?

Before going on a Ttukseom picnic, my boyfriend and I stopped by for lunch around Sinchon. It was close to Sinchon Gyeongui–Jungang Line Station and Ewha Womans University, and the restaurant was set up as a neat dining space.

It looked good for eating together, and the solo seats also seemed to make it less intimidating to visit alone.

How do ordering and meal preparation work?

There were three menu options, and we ordered from a kiosk at our table. The self-service bar had salad, pickles, and jang-guk (clear soup).

Hair ties were also available for tying up long hair. Each table had a guide explaining how first-time visitors should eat the meal.

How did I eat the 36-hour-aged butadon?

We ordered the 36-hour-aged butadon and the 36-hour-aged spicy butadon. They arrived neatly in individual bowls, and the guide suggested spooning up rice and topping each bite with the prepared ingredients rather than mixing everything together.

The meat felt tender and had a grilled flavor. My companion, who likes meat, enjoyed it too.
