Sejong Korean restaurant with high chairs for babies: Bapkkot Hansang
In short
Bapkkot Hansang is a Korean restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Sejongmachi building on Doum8-ro in Sejong. Ordered for two, the Bapkkot Special (25,000 won per person, minimum two orders) arrived course by course — tofu with kimchi, jeon pancakes, japchae (glass noodles), boiled pork, then hot-plate tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties) with gangdoenjang soybean paste, soup and vegetable banchan — and high chairs and baby tableware were ready at the table. Bapkkot Hansang works well as a family meal stop after a day at Sejong Lake Park or Sejong National Arboretum.

I was looking for a clean, proper Korean meal in Sejong and ended up at Bapkkot Hansang. It's in a good spot for stopping by after Sejong Lake Park or Sejong National Arboretum, and they have everything from single rice bowls to a full set menu where you get to try a bunch of dishes at once.
Where is Bapkkot Hansang in Sejong, and what is the room like?
Bapkkot Hansang (밥꽃한상) is at 91 Doum8-ro, 3rd floor, Unit 303, in the Sejongmachi building. It wasn't hard to find — take the elevator up to the 3rd floor — and the entrance was decorated cleanly in wood tones from the start.

The inside was warm and calm overall. The tables weren't packed too tightly together, and there were partitioned seats too, so it seemed like a good place for family meals or gatherings.

Ordering through a kiosk right at the table was convenient.

They also had a baby chair ready, which seems nice for families visiting with kids.
Bapkkot Hansang menu and prices
The signature menus are the Bapkkot Special Set (₩32,000) and the Bapkkot Special (₩25,000), both orderable for 2 or more people. Beyond that, there's a wide range of rice bowls good for a single meal — herbal boiled pork bowl, minari tteokgalbi bowl, octopus shrimp bowl, japchae bowl, jeyuk (spicy stir-fried pork) bowl, and doenjang bowl.

Side menus include herbal boiled pork samhap (three-way combo), herbal boiled pork, stir-fried octopus and shrimp, cheese potato pancake, and chive pancake. We wanted to try a bit of everything, so we went with the Bapkkot Special for two, ₩25,000 per person.
Naver receipt review event at Bapkkot Hansang
There was also an event running where writing a Naver receipt review gets you 1 piece of tteokgalbi free. Just note the main menu needs to be prepaid before joining.

Ordering Bapkkot Hansang tteokgalbi by delivery (Naver Store)
The tteokgalbi we had at the restaurant is also available for home delivery through N+ Store. You could check it right away via the QR code on the wall — good for gifting or eating at home.

They thoughtfully gave us baby dishes too.
The Bapkkot Special, served course by course
The Bapkkot Special isn't laid out all at once — it comes course by course. First tofu and kimchi, then pancakes, japchae and grilled vegetables.

Several dishes came out one after another.

Instead of piling everything onto the table at once, the dishes came out in sequence, which felt more like a Korean course meal.

The tofu-with-kimchi combo goes without saying, and the pancakes came out in bite-sized pieces perfect for dipping lightly into soy sauce.
The japchae (stir-fried glass noodles) also had plenty of vegetables, and overall the seasoning leaned toward letting the ingredients' flavors shine rather than going heavy. There was quite a variety of salads and side dishes too.
The boiled pork was sliced to a good thickness, and it paired well with the seasoned vegetables served alongside.

The plating was clean overall, making the whole spread look quite neat and well put together.
The main course: hot-plate tteokgalbi and gangdoenjang
Then the main course of the Bapkkot Special arrived. The tteokgalbi came out on a hot plate, sizeable, with the sauce glistening on the surface — looked delicious from the moment it landed.

Placing a piece of tteokgalbi on rice along with the nature banchan felt like a proper full meal.
The doenjang paste also came with plenty of solid ingredients mixed in, good for mixing into rice.

At the end, soup, rice, and several banchan rounded things out into a genuine full Korean spread.

Mixing rice with the nature banchan and doenjang, then topping it with a piece of tteokgalbi, was a combo I personally really liked. We finished the meal with a cup of tea they had ready.
Is Bapkkot Hansang worth it with a baby?
Bapkkot Hansang was a good pick when you want to try a bunch of Korean dishes in small portions in Sejong. Worth visiting after Sejong Lake Park or Sejong National Arboretum, or on a day when you need something clean and proper for a meal with parents or a family gathering.
