Not long ago my husband, Taeyul, and I had a proper three-family dinner at a place that's seriously good value haha! It's Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi (박정미닭갈비)! We ate our fill of dakgalbi, chicken, and tteokbokki that day, and best of all we could enjoy unlimited soju and draft beer too — loved it so much 💗 If you're looking for a place to eat out with a group in Guro Digital Complex, take note!
Where is Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi? Location, parking and hours
Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi is on the 3rd floor of Huijeon Building, 29 Digital-ro 32na-gil, Guro-gu, Seoul. It's close to Exit 2 of Guro Digital Complex Station, so it's easy to reach by public transport. We both wanted to enjoy the unlimited soju, so we pushed the stroller and took the subway haha.
This place used to operate as Sagyejinmi Charcoal Dakgalbi Guro Digital branch, so the old name still shows up if you search, but it's now Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi!
Parking is free only until 5pm! After 5pm, you'll need to use one of the lots below.
- Sokcho Squid Fish Market building 1F — paid parking, ₩3,000/hour
- Guro Digital Complex Station street parking — paid parking, ₩260/10 minutes
- Guro E-mart — free 2 hours with purchases over ₩10,000, 3 hours over ₩30,000, 4 hours over ₩50,000
It's right by Guro Digital Complex Station, so public transport is probably a better bet than driving!
Hours are Mon–Sat 11:30–01:00, and Sunday 11:30–24:00. Open from lunch through late night, so it'd work well for an office lunch or an after-work dinner too.
Inside Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi: the room and the self-serve bar
It's on the 3rd floor of Huijeon Building. The sign is super visible even from far away! Once inside, the place was really spacious. There were lots of tables including group seating, so it definitely had that group-dinner-restaurant vibe!
Toward the back was a big self-serve bar. If you order the all-you-can-eat menu, you just help yourself to meat and other food here!
You can enjoy a variety of menus together — not just dakgalbi, but also chicken thigh, fried chicken, pork belly, and pork ribs.
Unlimited alcohol is available here too, but note that bottled beer isn't included — you have to drink the draft beer instead!
I noticed this a bit late and almost grabbed a bottled beer by mistake haha.
The self-serve bar has chicken, warm chicken soup, rice, various noodle add-ins, and simple side dishes. Behind the meat corner there's also a station for making DIY tteokbokki!
How much is the 2-hour all-you-can-eat pass and unlimited drinks?
We went for the 2-hour all-you-can-eat pass! It's ₩20,500 per adult, and it includes 7 types of meat, 2 types of chicken, drinks, and fried rice, all of which you can help yourself to at the self-serve bar. À la carte ordering is also available, so if you can't eat that much you can just pick the dishes you want.
What surprised me most was the unlimited alcohol! Add ₩9,900 and you get unlimited soju and draft beer for 2 hours. We came with Taeyul and my husband that day and really made the most of the 2-hour all-you-can-eat pass!

You've got to start plain, right~~~ Grilling it plain let us really taste the chicken itself. And best of all, the plain, unseasoned chicken thigh was perfect for feeding Taeyul.
Yes, I'm the power-J mom who brings a baby plate to restaurants haha. I grilled the chicken thigh and mushrooms well, cut them small, and Taeyul really ate them up. He ate a good amount of chicken thigh that day, which made me so proud! He must have liked it because he kept asking for more haha. Since babies under 36 months eat free, it also made visiting with a baby much less of a burden.
Before moving on to the seasoned version, one more plate because we weren't quite ready to stop?! Dipping it in the various sauces at the self-serve bar, it just kept going in endlessly.
The pickled peppers were so good too, and there was a whole range of condiments — green onion shreds, cheese powder, and more.

In between, we had chicken along with draft beer. My husband said the chicken was way better than expected and went back for about three plates haha.

After the chicken, on to the seasoned dakgalbi!! I thought the salt-grilled version was great, but the real star of dakgalbi is the seasoned version~~~~ It was spicy and so, so good!!
The seasoned dakgalbi was what my husband and I ate the most of that day! It was slightly spicy and genuinely delicious. I think we went back for it about four times haha. Grilled over charcoal, the sauce gets slightly caramelized and picks up that smoky charcoal flavor — perfect with soju, so I just kept reaching for more~!
Don't skip the DIY tteokbokki at the self-serve bar

The DIY tteokbokki (rice cake stir-fry) at the self-serve bar is also a hidden gem! You have to try it if you go. Rice cakes, instant noodles, fish cake, broth, and seasoning are all set out at the bar, and you cook it yourself on a portable burner — we picked our ingredients and made a pot, and it turned out way better than expected~!
After eating meat nonstop, one bite of the spicy broth-based tteokbokki really revived our appetite! With rice cakes, fish cake, and instant noodles boiled in, it was the perfect soju pairing.
We finished off with a hearty round of this DIY tteokbokki as our final course, and ended up so full there was no room left for the fried rice haha. I felt a little bad about not being able to eat more at an all-you-can-eat place, but since we love chicken so much, we really, truly ate a ton at Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi!
Why Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi works for a group dinner in Guro Digital Complex
We're chicken lovers so we only ate dakgalbi that day, but Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi also has pork belly and pork ribs! So if you'd get tired of eating only chicken, you can grab pork too. I'd like to try the pork ribs next time!
