There's just something about weekend mornings that makes you crave brunch, right? Am I the only one? Haha. This weekend I filled up on classic brunch dishes at 37.5 Mia Branch. I'd been curious about this place for a while, and since it was the weekend I figured there'd be a wait, but I went at an odd hour and it was totally quiet.

Ordering by kiosk at 37.5 Signature Mia: no wait at off-peak weekend hours
You can order through the kiosk, and there are various promotions going on right now >_<

What comes on the American Breakfast plate?
We started with the American Breakfast, and it was a truly classic spread — scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, salad, and French toast, all packed onto one plate!

The French toast came together with round little hotcakes, and it had been forever since I'd had these classic round hotcakes — such a nice, tasty surprise.

Drizzled with plenty of maple syrup, the first bite was seriously good..! With powdered sugar and almonds on top it looked great too, and paired with the tangy berry sauce, the sweet-salty balance was just right. Grapefruit slices and avocado made it hearty but still refreshing, so it never felt heavy haha.

The eggs were softly scrambled, and the bacon was savory with just the right seasoning, so my hand kept going back for more. The sausage was packed with juice, and the hash browns were crispy outside, soft inside...

With so many different things loaded onto one plate, the portion was generous enough that two people could easily share it. Each ingredient held up in quality, which gave the whole plate a real sense of polish. It's the kind of brunch that fills you up on its own — perfect for a late weekend morning >_<

Vongole pasta made with linguine and a Korean-style dose of garlic
I ordered the clam pasta while my husband got the lasagna, and both came out exactly as classic as you'd expect.

The clam pasta used linguine noodles that were nice and chewy, and the seasoning was spot on — not too salty, not too bland. The oil and clam broth came together beautifully, making the sauce itself really delicious, with zucchini and cherry tomatoes in the mix, and best of all, a satisfyingly Korean-sized dose of garlic lol.

The clams were plump and meaty, and each bite released a burst of briny sea aroma. With arugula on top adding a slightly bitter edge, I never felt like it got heavy and ate it clean to the very end. I ended up wiping the plate completely,,

Classic lasagna with stretchy cheese and rich tomato sauce
My husband ordered the lasagna since it's a dish he already loves, and in the end he enjoyed it a lot. The cheese was melted rich and the tomato sauce was sweet and tangy, giving off a real sense of classic lasagna done right. Arugula and parmesan on top cut through any heaviness, and he cleaned the plate without getting sick of it until the last bite.

The visual of cheese stretching between the layered lasagna sheets was great, and the cross-section came out looking just delicious — perfect for photos. My husband kept saying how genuinely good the lasagna was, haha.

Atmosphere and prices: is 37.5 Signature Mia worth it for weekend brunch?
Overall the atmosphere was great and the prices were completely reasonable, so it was easy to enjoy without any pressure. Instead of the usual steep brunch café pricing, we got generous portions, good taste, and fair prices all at once. With marble tables and a white-toned interior, it photographed beautifully too, and the vibe was just right for a weekend brunch. I think we'll be back again on a weekend 😊🥰
