Bucheon jjukkumi restaurant open till 2am: Yajju Jjuu set for three
In short
Yajju Yajju Maekom Jjukkumi Main Branch is a spicy jjukkumi (webfoot octopus) restaurant on Bucheon-ro near Chunui Station in Bucheon, Gyeonggi. Two of us ordered the Yajju Jjuu meal set for three, which brings top-grade jjukkumi together with beef brisket, and alternating between the springy octopus and the rich brisket was the best part. Open daily from 10am to 2am, Yajju Yajju works just as well for a late dinner or a midnight meal.

While looking for a good jjukkumi (spicy webfoot octopus) spot in Bucheon, I visited Yajju Yajju Maekom Jjukkumi Main Branch with a friend.

I was craving something spicy that day, so I figured it was time to properly eat jjukkumi. We ended up ordering the Yajju Jjuu meal set for three, which lets you enjoy top-grade jjukkumi together with beef brisket.
Being able to taste jjukkumi and beef brisket in one dish had me excited from the start.
Where is Yajju Yajju Maekom Jjukkumi Main Branch, and when is it open?
Yajju Yajju Maekom Jjukkumi Main Branch is located on the 1st floor of 229-11 Bucheon-ro, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It's fairly close to Chunui Station, so it wasn't hard to find.

It's open daily from 10am to 2am the next day, with last order at midnight.

Since it stays open so late, it seemed like a great option not just for dinner but for whenever a late-night craving for something spicy hits. The place had a lively vibe as soon as we walked in, and we settled into our seats comfortably to start eating.
Yajju Jjuu set for three: how springy is the top-grade jjukkumi?
The menu we ordered that day was the Yajju Jjuu meal set for three.

With top-grade jjukkumi and beef brisket together, it was a hearty spread perfect for three people. Once the food arrived, the first thing that caught my eye was, of course, the plump jjukkumi.

Taking a bite, the texture was really nice — springy and bouncy, not chewy at all. The octopus's own texture was still alive while the spicy sauce had soaked in evenly, so one bite instantly woke up my appetite.
How jjukkumi and beef brisket taste together
The jjukkumi alone was delicious enough, but adding the beef brisket made the flavor even richer.

Picking up spicy, chewy jjukkumi together with soft, savory beef brisket, the contrasting textures worked really well together.

It felt like the brisket's savory richness naturally wrapped around the octopus's spiciness, so my chopsticks kept going back for more. Sometimes I ate a piece of jjukkumi first and followed with brisket, other times I ate both together at once — and it was fun how the flavor shifted a little depending on how you ate it.

My friend, who loves spicy food, was eating happily and said it was delicious, so I felt good about my menu choice.
Adding rice to the pan for a filling finish
The jjukkumi sauce also went really well with rice.
It had a spicy, savory umami flavor, so a spoonful of rice topped with jjukkumi disappeared quickly. Adding beef brisket on top brought in that savory richness, giving it a whole different feel.

Rather than one flavor running through the whole meal, being able to alternate between jjukkumi and beef brisket meant we enjoyed it all the way to the last bite.
With the three of us sitting around chatting while eating, the food disappeared surprisingly fast. The springy texture of the jjukkumi was great, but what I liked most was how well the sauce and ingredients complemented each other.
Service from the two young owners
Along with the taste of the food, what stuck with me was watching the two young owners work so hard.
They were friendly with customers and kept checking around the restaurant even while busy, taking care of whatever was needed. It's honestly nice to see young people running their own place with this much dedication these days.

I could tell they put a lot of care into the food, and their attentiveness toward customers made the meal even more enjoyable. Eating great food matters, but this kind of friendly service naturally makes your memory of the restaurant even better.

Is the Yajju Jjuu set worth ordering?
At Yajju Yajju Maekom Jjukkumi Main Branch, a jjukkumi spot I found in Bucheon, what I liked most about the Yajju Jjuu meal set for three was the combination of jjukkumi and beef brisket.

Springy top-grade jjukkumi, savory beef brisket, and spicy sauce all came together well, making for a satisfying meal with my friend.

The food was delicious, but what left the strongest impression was watching the two young owners greet customers so kindly while working so hard.
